All that he had said and the way that he had spoken had seemed completely patronizing. Gabriel, now, she supposed she should listen to. He was the second Inferni member to tell her it was not a good idea, so that should have been hint enough. Still, she did not like being told what to do, even if it might be for her own benefit.
