Firefly didn't mind the fact that the boy seemed to play right along with her game, infact it just seemed to amuse her. When his voice floated past on the currents she just raised a brow lazily as she let out a little dramatic sigh. "Oh how will the world fair without their firefly.." she asked with a soft chuckle. She really loved to tease the boys and when they danced to her tune or set a tune for the event to be played to it made it just that much more satisfying.
She wasn't for certain if the figure was planning to stay but his words and gestures seemed to suggest that. When He asked her what had been going on a shadow seemed to cloud her thoughts for a second before she shook her head and smiled wistfully. "Times haven't been well in the Court but then again we seem to thrive on drama now don't we." she said as she moved to his side.
One paw reached out to touch his arm as she tilted her head to the side, taking his arm as though he was now her own little guide through the lands he'd already trespassed onto. "And are we going for a brief jaunt or will you be staying long enough for me to try and woo you away.." She really was horrible to the boy but he seemed to be standing up quite well to her strangeness so she figured that he wouldn't wilt under a little more pressure from her.
