....... The world seemed all spotty to her, little pieces of it fading into darkness every few seconds. Then she would snap back, and realize what was going on. Addison drank the water gratefully when it came, trying not to gulp it but failing. It was refreshing and quenched her thirst, but now that her thirst was gone she could only focus on the horrible pounding pain. "You're here. I..."she couldn't seem to form any words past that, the darkness confusing her. It kept blotting out parts of his face, kept dragging her deeper and deeper. She felt sleepy, exhausted, even. She would close her eyes for just a second. One second. |
