For me it's pretty much:
ULTRA BUSY ~ 7-14 days
NORMAL BUSY ~ 3-7 days
NOT BUSY ~ 1-3 days

I don't tend to care when other people reply to my threads as long as none of the threads get outrageously behind. Ideally I'd have threads wrap up within a month, but that never happens. Since I like most threads to be about 9-12 posts total in length, I guess that'd be ideally a post every 3-4 days, which is pretty unrealistic when both parties have other lives/issues that come up. Even so, when a thread starts to get past the two month old range I get a little twitchy and try to have it resolved as quickly as possible.
