We wave this flag of hatred;
But you're the ones who made it.

How long had it been since she'd first laid eyes upon this region, more-so the shatterd coast of the Miracles pack? Well, it had been over a week, she knew that much. She'd never been one to lose track of time, but she'd been so involved in the exploration of the coast line of her new 'home', she found the nights and days seemed to blend together. Already she'd decided that this place was far more beautiful than anywhere she'd seen through her two years of living the rouge life. Well, not this place.

The woman paused a moment here, having reached one of the few areas of city that hadn't been entirely reclaimed by nature yet. She found it intriguing, to see the innocent green so deeply uprooting the human construction that had held strong for so many years. It was almost a sad sight, though it wasn't as if she could remember the human's glory. All she'd ever seen was similar to this, overrun by mother nature. Ataxia had finally taken the initiative to explore beyond her newly acquired home, wanting to see as much as possible. She hadn't expected to find such a place like this, it was so captivating. She paused once more, her duo-colored gaze surveying the empty and cracked street splayed out before her. A slender-fingered hand came up, shoving the loose locks of her tawny brown mane back over her shoulders. She'd obviously taken to the third phase of transformation once again, as she was beginning to accept that part of her, surprisingly. Even though she'd been running from it for so long - then again, it wasn't like she honestly could escape the truth of that long-ago evening. It was easier to forget, move on and start over. She was so far away from home, no one would ever even be possibly able to know her.

The coast line seemed to form right at an abrupt edge to the paved-parts of the city. The sand felt cold to her furred feet, feeling the grains lodge into her thick fur as she walked on, following the sounds of the waves. Summiting one of the many hills of sand, she finally caught sight of the dark water, made to seem inky black by the lateness of the hour. Her arms crossed over her chest for warmth, closing her eyes a moment as the salty air teased at her fur, overpowering her sense of smell. She loved it, she simply loved the ocean.
