The last few nights she had a rough sleep, waking up at the littlest things. She was naturally a light sleeper, usually keeping senses strong in order to be prepared for any of her owners whims should they feel the need to hurt, abuse, or rape her. On the third night of her stay, waking up in the middle of the night was minimal and the need for sleeping off her travel was catching up to her. She was curled up between her blankets, one on the bottom to prevent the cold floor from getting her and one on top to keep her warm. She was sleeping later than usual, sometimes it happened if she were not messed with, and her eyes were heavy over her eyes. Her ears were perked upon her head, though, and she was semi-alert in a sort of half sleep. It was a sleep where she could not wake up on her own but she could vaguely hear what's going on around her. The warmth surrounding her was pleasing and she was content and unable to move, despite whatever noise was happening inside the cave. |
