The illusion of air whistled hollowly through the man’s airway as his form swept through the endless flatland greyed out by mist. He had been here before. Yet this time it was different – he knew what he had to do now. The other lost soul was out there somewhere and he longed to draw out the colour rushing through her body, maintaining her life. He would find her in time. His paws drummed rhythmically against the hardened soil as he made his way toward the house he knew was ahead. His full length tail danced slowly behind him and he grinned - finding the restored piece of tail ironic. He longed for a whisper from the wind, but the air was unmoving, mist threatening to wipe out everything.

He knew his priorities, but had to know; needed to know. He moved faster now, trotting towards the large, towering building that he knew, knew, knew was there! A low rumble danced into the motionless air – a sign of the frustration that was building up within. The blue eyed male suspected there was nothing more here but the mist and the hardened floor. Nothing. Eventually he slowed down, accepting that there were rules that he could not push aside despite the fact that this world that the weaver had tossed him into was an incomplete mirror of his own realm. It was fake and endless and there was only one way to escape.

The chocolate and cream male turned and let the consuming mist swirl around him undisturbed as he waited for his opponent. He was certain she would find him.
