For Urma! xD <3 And this is Jack's first post as a wolf. He's currently in his lupus form. 380 words exactly.

It was damn well cold and everyone knew that! Frost was even having a hard time with all the snow and rain this season. Well, he was use to it from his homeland, but still. It was only fall one day and then the next he woke up with snow at his front door. This place was new to him as it was, so it wasn’t any ‘piece of cake’ business when it came to traveling and finding some place warm. He swore under his breath as a gust of wind hit is cheeks. The guy even wondered if he should change into his secui or even his optime form just to find some place a bit warmer. But, it could be just for nothing and it would give him more attention than needed. After all, a strong pack scent was around these parts.

Frost glanced down at his charm bracelet just to make sure the thing was still there. He had to constantly due to the fear of losing it. That piece was pretty much all he had left of his older brother, James. His journal was safety tucked where he spent the night and he wasn’t too far from that spot. Hopefully there wouldn’t be any thieves running around too. He glanced backwards towards the spot before continuing on a bit more. He spotted a lake ahead, but half of it was already frozen over. The icy water would just make him colder anyway. Though, it was worth a shot checking it out to see if anyone was around.

He licked his chops before taking a few steps closer with his frosty paws. A shiver ran up his spine as the scent of the pack grew stronger. There was some part of him which told him to turn away now as he didn’t know what kind of wolves were in this pack. Then the other half wanted him to continue on and think of it as an adventure. Well, the curiosity won this bet. He striked over towards the waters and watched it lap up at the edge. His head dipped down a bit, but he just stared at himself in the reflection. The snow had stopped falling, however, it really was one heck of a winter wonderland.
