Alexey was one of the few who had seen the purity of the darkness that inhabited the Rosen’s decayed heart. Every time he thought of her he found himself wishing he had taken her life right there and then. He’d picked up her scent with ease the times where he touched the southern borders – wondered why she all of a sudden had started taking up a different co-rank from the one she was assigned to. His own children were no longer the little runt and fatty as they once had been, but he thought that perhaps the Koios woman could have made herself useful by helping Mew out with her litter. As the male drew closer and found the woman standing with a puppy, he grew rather indifferent to her favour. He had little patience for children. It was unnecessary to be overly rude with the woman, so he dignified her with a court nod before staring at the child that stank of Cour des Miracles. His lips lifted slightly to hint of those yellowing daggers behind. He knew part of her scent, but failed to immediately draw the conclusion. He did not bother enough for that.

He stopped in front of the black child, secui form hovering above her. ”Alexey, what is this little thing from the pack of mutts doing here?” he commanded darkly, imagining the wildest plots in his head. Why would they place a child on Dahlian borders? His brilliantly blue eyes twitched slightly and like before he started imagining fires and roasting children. The other one he had kicked away accidentally. If he could harm the doggish pack in any way he would most likely take it all out. Cercelee was out of the picture and he was free to do whatever he wanted. He imagined he was the child surrounded by all the ants, carrying a magnifying glass. His terrifying gaze turned to Alexey, awaiting her explanation.
