@&#&$He could no longer recall where he'd first run into the symbols that were now inked into his flesh, though he could remember the document containing the information of interest. It was a small pamphlet, really, no more than five pages long. Each symbol was printed along with the warning it tried to convey and there were a couple brief paragraphs following each heading. Only certain words had stood out to him--radioactive, mutation; biohazard, virus, disease. They seemed all too fitting given what their world had become, and the bright colours were enough to catch anyone's attention, even if they were unfamiliar with the explicit symbology. Such colours were meant as clear warnings in the natural world--maybe that was why the humans had gone with them.
