[/html]His attempt to completely throw her off her feet was unsuccessful. Hybrid grinned in pleasure, glad she was at least trying to put up a fight. It was far more interesting now that she was trying to attack him and trying to show him what her teeth were made of. Now they knew the taste of one another’s blood; that was a bond wrought in violence and it could never be forgotten. She twisted out of it somehow, stiffening her entire body and making it impossible for him to get a hold of her.
Soon enough, she attacked again, pushing back at him with claws of her own. Hybrid snarled, stepping diagonally to evade her attack. He continued moving, refusing to let her find him. He knew they would both begin to tire soon enough; it was inevitable, and he did not want to be the first one to do so.
“Stop!” he bellowed suddenly. She had lost herself too much in this fight. She had progressed admirably, but he had to put an end to it. He could only hope she would not continue on; she would likely end up wounded, or worse. Hybrid would not be responsible for the death or injury of a fellow Inferni member
