Larkspur’s quest was pointless in the brown beast’s eyes. This was because he was unable to understand what the darker man had in mind. The blue eyed devil had been surprised at first the day he first learned of Larkspur’s full name. He had never noticed anything special about the D’Angelo members he had met except for Misery D’Angelo’s daughter when he had not yet turned one year old. She had been the one and only. He had seen her beauty despite the lightly clouded eyes. Even back then he had been able to appreciate such things. Then Larkspur had come and revealed himself as the second D’Angelo. Had he known Misery had been Larkspur’s companion in the past he would have smiled.

Haku had no issues with Larkspur’s involvement with Addison. The young woman seemed to have a restless heart and the Rosen would always appreciate to see darkness spread. ”Of course,” was his confirmation. Haku cared little if Larkspur befriended Dahlians. He expected their deaths to arrive shortly. He only wanted a second set of fangs and claws to make the battle more glorious. Or was it because he appreciated having the strange man within close proximity? ”We both know why you’re here and what you’re supposed to do.” he stated firmly, making it clear that he was fully aware of their understanding.

Tail lashed through the air as he turned slightly, still eyeing those yellow orbs of a different demon. It reminded him quite of the vivid orange of the wild fires. ”Make yourself at home." he said in his usual dark voice before he turned and continued his endless journey in circles around Dahlia.
