Because the spring was had hit and the warming of the weather, Vieira had remembered the garden she promised Kaena. She found the packets of seeds—hoping they were still good—on the shelf inside the cave. Having been up earlier than Kaena, she waited to talk about the garden and when she was given permission, she gathered the items she needed to work on it. In Eterne, she had been the sole coyote in charge of the garden once it was set and Astaroth had trust in her but her skills were rusty when her life was blown up after the passing of the man. But she hoped, assuming the seeds were still viable, that a garden would work well. She contained rosemary, oregano, and thyme for cooking and lavender for the sight and smell.

Vieira did not travel far from the cave, but she moved to the first soft soiled spot she found. She could see the cave not all that far from where she was and determining it to be a satisfying spot for the garden. Her set the items she brought with her on the ground. A hand towel to place them on: the seed packets and a small shovel for digging. Most of it would be work with her hands since she did not have that many tools but the shovel would come in handy for the beginning. She picked it up carefully. It was not the best tool. It was rusty and one side was weakened from wear but it would serve a good enough purpose.

On her knees, Vieira began to dig, breaking up the soil and foliage that had grown over time. She pulled at the grass and weeds with her hands, tossing them to the side once she broke the dirt up with the shovel. She was not sure how big of a space she needed just yet but when she had shoveled enough, she would know. Oregano needed the most room, she remembered, and the others were pretty confined but she liked to give them space. The area was big enough, at least. When Vieira finally pulled back from digging, she brushed the top of her head with a dirty hand, dirt falling into the fur of her skull, and she was panting from the work. It was nice to be in the sun but the heat was getting her, which reminded her of Eterne.

Exhaling a long breath, she stood to examine the size: a sloppy six by six of a square that would hopefully be enough room to group the herbs she had.

Haruhi was glad that the war was over. No more deaths and no more fights...for the most part. However, she didn't feel quite comfortable that Haku was still out there. She hope to never run into him. She had never seen him before but she would keep an eye out for him anyway. She was too shy so it's not like she ran up to people. She should be safe. In her Optime form, she stepped out from her cave. Her black hand pushed her black hair out of her face. She didn't know what to do with herself so she decided to go out for a walk. It was a normal activity she did when she was bored. She wasn't the type to go out in search of company. Though, if someone wished to accompany her, she wouldn't be rude and turn them down all the time. She was shy but she was also sensitive about other's feelings.

She was glad spring was hear. It was warmer and a lot more pleasant. Hopefully, it wouldn't rain so much. For no reason, she flicked her black tipped tail as she traveled through the area. She tried not to look into caves that she past in fear of ending up looking at someone. So she look more towards the ground or straight ahead. She didn't know exactly where she was headed but it didn't bother her. She would go wherever her legs took her. It wasn't long before she came across someone who appeared to be digging something. She stood there looking at the dirt she was working with. Haruhi tried not to stare as she stopped walking but with a closer look, she found out that she knew this girl. Her name was Vieira if she remembered correctly. Shyly, she approached her. She was a little curious and since she had met her before, it was a little easier to come to her.

She didn't get to close. Just close enough to talk and see what she was up to. Her expressionless face was the same as always as she said, "Um, hi Vieira." She said, looking at her and then swiftly looking at the dirt. "You, uh...what are you doing?" She asked. She was curious though she may not have sound as such. It looked like she was gardening, maybe. She couldn't be too sure but she would know soon enough.

Vieira jerked when someone spoke to her and she frowned upon herself that she did not noticed it before hand. The slave turned to look at a familiar face before her eyes dropped. She remembered the woman from some time ago but she could not recall the things they talked about or if she knew the place of her rank within Inferni or to Kaena. Her ears fell back against her head as she thought about it, clearing her throat to speak when she was questioned. "I am planting an herb garden. They help in cooking," she said with a bit of a smile. It would be nice not to have any more bland fish or other meat, knowing Kaena might not starve her as the others had or given her the blandest of the bland. But then again, she knew she could be wrong entirely about the situation.

"It is good to see you again," she offered with a bit of a smile. It was not necessarily true nor was it a lie, either. Vieira was indifferent about seeing the other, perhaps because she could not remember the conversation, but she was able to remember that she as nice and had made no indication she might hurt her. "I just got to plant them now," she murmured and turned her weight, bending down to continue working as if the other was not there. She could talk and work at the same time but it was something she needed to get done.
