A Patrol Gone Wrong

Tynan looked around cautiously as he continued walking. The gray wolf had set out earlier in the morning on his first patrol of the Dahlia land's eastern border, but had lost his sense of direction when he stopped to rest at mid-day. Feeling guilty for taking the nap, he walked even faster until he suddenly became aware of the changing surroundings. For a while he had not smelled the ocean air, but now the smell was returning despite a lack of change in his direction.

He stopped by a small pool of water to drink and rest. He had slowed down from his quicker pace when he realized what may have happened, but he had not stopped since his nap. He cautiously looked around in between drinks from the pool. He debated if he should howl for aid or not. He was not sure if he was in any other pack's lands, and he did not want to be caught trespassing on his first patrol. But he had no idea where he was or how to get back to his new home.

He began to pace back and forth as he debated what to do in his mind, unaware that he was letting out a light whine as he became lost in thought.

Ivory legs moved in the softest of way, she was working on her rather poor excuse for stocking skills while entering back into the pack lands. Not like, she needed to be secretive about entering back into her homelands. She paid close mind to her footing, and how she was moving, she picked up pulled up the foot under her, pushing it forward before she rocked the paw back down. Letting the claw drops softly upon the ground then rolled her paw down. She repeats this repeatedly, thinking she had gotten it down. Her back paw slipped and she got her back paw caught under a lifted tree root. Her leg caught it; bring her crashing down to the ground. She groaned rolling her eyes..It was not the result that she wanted. Nevertheless, she tried it. She wanted to a skill hunter for Ty, and for the kids.

The husky shaded woman picked up the scent of a de Mai pack member; she held back the want to raise her lips in a snarl. It was not this wolves fault or should she expect them to understand that they were at a war not that long ago, Phoenix members were told not to attack them but to treat them kindly. The female still could not help to feel uneasy about the war and what had happened. The woman stopped taking a drink as she shook her coat skipping towards the male. ”You lost?” She hoped that he was, she hoped that he was not here to start stuff and try to start up another war.
