I think you might need to read the rules of the board, as well as the plot, joining, and procedures pages.

This is not that sort of role play. You need to join and then you can join in different threads with your character. This specific forum is for requesting threads, but you need to join and be accepted first. I would highly suggest you read the site's information first, as this site is not exactly that type of role play. ^^;
