His journey had been a long and hard one. Once separated from his family, something took over him, he’d went on a rampage, but he didn’t know anything except that he’d thought he had been betrayed by his family, that wasn’t so true at all. He knew as he moved his way into the lands of his ancestors. His wide coyote smile grew on his face as he moved along the border but not fully crossing into Inferni, he wasn’t sure if his journey was over yet. He wanted to take a little more time to himself, but who could he bug if he was by himself? Nobody, he craved the attention of his siblings, and the thoughts of the hunger for his need made him move further into the land. The hunger wouldn’t go away until it was satisfied. He sniffed the air, he was quite confident for a juvenile and a short one at that.

It seemed he didn’t know what he was looking for, except that he was an entity just there, wandering onto the lands of those who lived before him. He was just putting his paw in the same path as them, seeing if he would meet the same fate. His red eyes scanned the horizon, this was no Egypt, first of all… it was way too cold, second… well there didn’t have to be a second… it was too flippen cold for his taste, but this was where he’d been led, Set knew what he was doing when he showed Enkiel this place. Now it was his turn to move in and take a chance at what will happen to him. If worst came to worse he’d find himself serving the gods for all eternity. It wasn’t so bad now though, he was already serving one god. His feet proved perfect for the terrain as he moved into the plains, the wind blew on him, where exactly he was he knew not but he was sure he’ll be found and soon.

Errrrgh siefail. :/ Sorry. ♥

The borders were, as always, a source of entertainment for the ashen-furred canine when she was feeling phlegmatic. This was a service to her clan she provided easily; whether or not she encountered anyone during her travels did not matter. The simple fact that there was an extra eye on the borders was good enough. The ashen hued coyote made her way along the outskirts of Inferni at a decent pace. It was generally more important to troll the southernmost border; this was the direction most canines approached from, and the direction they were most likely to be attacked.

The Centurion weaved through the trees, her golden eye roving over the forest. She knew this Inferni as well as she knew the last one, and already the new land they had acquired after the fire was quite familiar to her. This area was no exception, and as the hybrid rounded a familiar boulder, a strange scent entered her nose. Tracking it, the hybrid made her way toward the stranger, her shining golden eye looking over him. She had seen two such canines before—she was familiar with this size, those eyes, everything about him. A faint smile showed on her face, and she could no longer number the amount of her family. They were vast, simply vast—this one did not even need to introduce himself for her to know him as a Lykoi.

“So you've come home, too?”

OOC: erf still trying to get into this character ^^ I shall though!

Enkiel was in a slight daze not seeing the wolf that his own sister resembled so much. He was not sure he liked this place, it was so quiet, but at that thought he heard a voice something that sounded, well too sweet to his own ears to be true, his crimson eyes peeked over at where the sound came from. Too? It seems that he wasn’t the only one that found his way here. He wondered who it was that made their way back, he perked his ears up

Yes I’ve come,

He said bluntly, his smile quirked a little, recognition seemed to dawn on him, this was the leader of Inferni, and his own grandmother. She seemed to know him, so he didn’t elaborate. He just kept they crooked smile on his face before he bowed his head to her, showing the back of his neck and letting her know he was hers. He’d play the game of packs for now, but he was his own entity he knew and somewhere in the mix he’d be Set once again, and bring home chaos, for now he wasn’t sure Set was awake, but that was ok, he didn’t mind being Enkiel.

It is good to finally meet you grandmother.

he said sincerely, he’d been wanting to meet his grandmother just as much as his sister had been. He wondered if she was one of them, it made him wish he could meet the ones that were here too… or one whichever it was. He missed his family, even though he could easily make it alone. Especially without his sister.

I liked this post. ;~;

There was beauty in all of them. The silver-shaded hybrid saw pieces of herself reflected here in this face, and once more she marveled at how her family had ever expanded in such a fashion. When she was young, she had been the last—the last of the hybrid Lykois, the dirty scum her paternal family would have burned and scrubbed from the earth without second thought. Her father's tryst with Delphine should not have happened; Kaena herself should not have existed. Death had missed so many chances to take her, hanging her over his razor edge and dangling her over the abyss, yet she would always pull back and away from him, teasing him with her very soul. He would caress her face like a lover and leave a scar, a mark to remind her where she belonged, and he would fade away, whispering his someday-promises in her ear.

But now she had defied him in a new manner: she had created a family, an entire bloodline and breed of these hybrids, these monsters that never should have existed. She would live forever, and there was nothing he could do about it now. Her family would live for all eternity. “And you,” she said softly, responding to his second statement. “Your brother Mkhai and your sister Sepirah are here. What is your name? Are there more of you?” she asked, wondering when this flood of children might stop—if it never did, all the better for her. “Come, walk with me,” the coyote said, angling her body toward the heart of Inferni. He was her own, and he would never be turned away from this clan, not so long as she possessed the power to draw them in.

he liked her already, she was someone he could come to respect, she was his grandmother after all, if she weren’t around ever he wouldn’t be either, not in the same sense at least. He would save his tricks on others in the pack, but he wouldn’t try messing with her, she seemed too smart for him, well for now at least.

I was named Enkiel, and only one brother remains, Machidael, it is good to know that my other sister and brother have made it, without any trouble, that’s good.

He said, he started walking with her as she said so, moving next to her, his arms swinging slightly from side to side, and his tail moving back and forth . he was glad that she took him in so quickly, well he expected as much, they were family, somehow he knew exactly where to go.

So may I ask, what duties I am needed for?

He asked simply, he knew he couldn’t take without giving, well he could, but not when it came to family, they were much different than the others that roamed around. But he still gave no matter what he did, even if it was a piece of a lie that the wolf thought was useful to them.

Word Count :: holy SHIZNET delay D; Also, IDK if we let you guys know this, but Samael would have picked out their first names, and their mother would have picked out their middle names. ^___^

In Character

The silver-shaded woman grinned one of her truest smiles at the knowledge that there were four of these grandchildren; her family her grown to exponential proportions, and the hybrid woman could not even imagine the furthest reaches of them. These children had come from across the sea, she knew this—Mkhai had told her of these things, and she cherished that memory. Her family had spread to the furthest parts of the world—maybe there they would multiply, creating an entirely new strain of Lykoi.

“Four of you,” the silver-shaded hybrid said, marveling at this. “Did your mother name you?” she asked, curious to know the origin of these names—Mkhai, Enkiel, Sepirah, Machidael. The pair of canines walked deeper into the clan's territory, and the silver-hued woman grinned at the youth's question. “Duties? Oh, you will worry about that when you turn seven months old. You're a prince of the Lykoi for now,” the silvery coyote said, entirely serious about this. She could show the children things, so long as they wished to learn, but she did not want for them to truly work until they became adults. “I will always teach you things, if you wish to know them,” the hybrid promised. “But you needn't worry about duties so soon,” the coyote explained.
