Moonglow padded along the outskirts of town, tongue lolling from her mouth. She gazed about her in absent wonder, curiousity flickering within her stunning golden eyes. Her furry lobes twitched at the sounds about her, and her tail wagged now and again. She was a traveller, a wanderer, and alone. She yearned to settle down, for a family of her own. For friends. Oh, how long it had been since she'd had friends.
Breaking gait, Moonglow shifted into a lazy trot, scenting the breeze. She knew not where she was, and was curious as to who had claimed this territory. She hoped that they would be welcoming. She wasn't in the condition for a battle, or to flee. She was weary and exhausted, although she did not let this weigh down her spirits. Giving a loud yip, she halted, head erect and ears pressed forward.
