Today was well crappy, the rain was torrential for most of the morning… he loved it, the feeling of his wet fur sticking to his skin. Why did others dislike it so much? Of course the rain died down now and it was only cloudy, but his fur was still wet, and it clung in patches. He was at Hade’s beach. He liked the name, although it was named after the greek god of the dead, he was sure the Egyptian god of the dead would have been much better for it, but not many cared for the Egyptian religion like he and his siblings. This place was like the other bay he’d visited a while back… rocky rocky rocky… well it was alright, he didn’t like sand getting into his fur much anyway. He moved to the water line where the waves pushed and pulled at the massive bolder he was standing on. It was quite sturdy for now, of course would it be here in a few years, or a few hundred years? He may not find out. But for now it was a nice sitting spot. He could feel the chill of the water, it rarely got warm, but that didn’t bother him, this place was never warm. That made him miss Egypt much more… and he thanked his gods he had fur. But the cold of the water was more refreshing to him than he thought, and it wasn’t so bad when he got use to it, June or no, it was still colder than ever.

In his eyes this day was absolutely beautiful, his red eyes stared up at the cloudy sky, no sun to burn his eyes, it was hidden in the shadows of the clouds that screamed rain. He wasn’t sure when the next rain would start up but he would wait it was one way to keep himself occupied in this place.

Set…why did you bring me here?

He asked his favored god, the god of chaos, he was bored out of his mind, most of the life here was rather quiet for now. Maybe if he visited another territory, things would be more interesting. He needed to dispense his worlds through all of nova scotia, where he will be able to just sit back and watch his creation of chaos, but for now he was here for a certain reason. Set did not tell Enky what it was, but he would soon learn in time what he wanted to know, he was a patient Coyote/Jackel, his too large ears swiveled back and forth finding a good spot to keep them to hear the sound of the waves in perfect harmony.

He thought of too many things and this was where he knew he could go to get it all off his mind. It was like the waves took it, greedily and pulled it back in to bottle it up wherever it could and let it sit there in the depths of its beautiful blue and Enky would not have to worry about that thought again for some time. That was why he was here now, he was questioning himself, and that was no good, if he was doing such a thing, that meant he wasn’t doing what he should.

The sand underneath Keychain's paws made no sound, but as she began to get closer and closer to the water it started to....well, she really didn't know. It was hard to explain the sound that the sand made when you walked on it. She didn't bother to listen closely enough to find out what exact sound it made, anyway. Her paw prints were visible as she stopped for a moment, looking up and to the side. Keychain's face lit up when she spotted another. The girl had been able to smell a faint scent, but she wasn't sure until now. She ran towards the other, eager to make a new friend. Keychain came to a stop, and there was still quite a bit of distance between them, but not enough to where the girl had to raise her voice to speak to the other. ''Hello, who are you?'' She inquired. It was obvious that this was another Inferni member like herself. The girl was always happy to meet new people, though she was super excited about meeting other Inferni members. The female hoped that the other was a Tirones, once again like herself. Because she would be really embarrassed if the other was a much higher rank than herself. She couldn't figure out a reason why she would be embarrassed, but she knew she would be. Keychain cleared her throat after a few seconds. ''I'm Keychain.'' The girl stated simply. As usual, her legs began to get wobbly but she regained control quickly. It was clear that she was nervous now. Her usual shyness came back to her and the girl tried to hide her face.

The other's appearance was not intimidating to her, but not exactly all flowers and sunshine either. His red eyes scared her a bit, but not really. If there was one thing she were to extremely dislike about the other's appearance, it was the gray on him. Keychain hated the color gray. Though she would never call the other ugly, he did have one feature that Keychain did dislike. 'Then again, the gray could be silver.' The girl thought. It was just like Kaena. A lot would say that Kaena was 'gray' but Keychain called it 'silver'. She mentally rolled her eyes and dropped the subject. The female looked up at the other again, and gave a shy smile. It quickly faded though.

His red eyes moved from the sky to the sudden… annoyance that was beside him. His mouth which usually curved up in his normal coyote smile stayed still, neutral, and he gave the girl a stare, she was obviously not a luperci, he could smell that she didn’t have that… essence about her. That made her much less than he was, in his mind, he stood, feeling better that he actually stood taller than someone. He liked looking down on things, although for reasons he didn’t want to inquire he was made shorter than most.

Do you insist on asking others names before giving your own to everyone?

In his mind this was rather a rude gesture to do such a thing, then he saw her try to cover her face, as though it would actually make her invisible, he rolled his eyes. He could tell she was a part of the clan, and therefore he wouldn’t lay a paw on her, but words, well they were different, he didn’t care if he hurt other’s feelings or not. He moved closer, his senses were getting stronger now that he was older, and she was female, but he had control over this sudden thought, she wasn’t good enough, that’s all he had to say to himself to calm his own pharamones. He cleared his throat, then finally, gave her his well known coyote smile.

I am Enkiel Lykoi
>

He said, slightly more politer than he’d addressed her the first time. His name was something sacred to him, it was given by his mother at the time of his birth, and well he LOVED his name… actually he loved everything about himself but he wasn’t such a narcissist that he’d show it much. He d care about others so he didn’t ALWAYS care about just himself… but his family mattered more than clan did, so even though he was at the same rank as her, he felt he was a little better off than she was.

The other's first words were harsh, but not enough to hurt her. She was starting to form a hard exterior, but it was just barely there for now. ''Oh, I'm sorry I didn't know that you...'' The female began, and her eyes were not visible as averted her gaze to the sand. ''...wanted me to say my name first then ask...what your...name is.'' The girl finished quite slowly, and she muttered 'obviously' under her breath to finish the sentence. Keychain was a nice person overall, but no one could be completely nice. Sometimes the girl would find someone she hated very much, but she didn't hate Enkiel. At least...not yet anyways. The girl just assumed the other was one of those people that were rude when you met them, but were nice when you get to know them. ''It's nice to meet you. Enkiel is a nice name.'' Keychain stated with little emotion as she looked up once again at the other. The girl was a little intimidated by his size, but pushed it to the back of her mind. Even though it didn't seem like it at first glance, Keychain amused herself with the thought that she was older than the other. ''How are you?'' She asked. It didn't seem to fit in to the conversation, but it was worth a shot. It was just small talk anyways. The female probably wouldn't be surprised if he ignored the question. Her nervousness faded for a few moments as she dared to put a look of slight disapproval on her face, though it was quite unreadable. If the other was really smart, he might notice the very little hatred displayed, but it wasn't likely. She gazed at the water, trying to avoid eye contact with...Enkiel.

OOC: he's such a douchebag

He laughed inside his head about the pleasantries of actually talking and making a conversation, and how this wolf was reacting to his presence. It rather amused him, and made him curious, she seemed so nervous, if so, why would she bother with the small talk and just run off to a hiding hole? Well it didn’t matter now, he was here, and she was here and well it could make for an interesting day. He waited patiently as she finished speaking ending with how are you… how was he really? Well all but the little annoyance here, he was sure to say, it had been a great day so far. Hmmm his name was nice, well he knew that, or his mother wouldn’t have named him that, although she could just spite him for no reason, but his mother loved her children so he doubted that situation. He took his time before a sprinkle started and one of the little droplets hit his nose.

Absolutely fantastic.

He said finally finding the words he was feeling, hey grumpiness for someone to come to him was nothing to worry about to him, he was sure that she’d end up leaving soon anyway, he knew how to deal with others, and she was no exception. Once he was close enough to her, he could smell that she was a mix, but not a magnificent mix like he himself was, she had wolf in her, ugh disgusting creatures.

So which one has betrayed his or her own kind, your mother or your father? Mating with… wolves

He gave a voluntary shudder, that he let her see, to show her his distaste for wolves, although he did not always blame the offspring, once they were old enough, he’d show his hatred, but she was like his grandmother, just not family, which meant in no way was he going to ever like her.

Keychain's expression turned into something of shock and well, the best way to explain it would be, it was that 'what the heck?' face. But she quickly dropped it. The female didn't want to give the other a sense that she thought bad of him. ''That's uh....'' She started, trying to find the right word. ''Good!'' Keychain finished quite enthusiastically. The female looked at him again, a smile on her face. But it didn't last for long. She thought it was a little rude that he didn't ask how she was, but the female dropped the subject. It wasn't that important how she was feeling...wait...that doesn't sound right....oh well. Keychain wanted to growl when he asked her that...question, but of course she didn't. It's not betraying if you really love them. The female argued in her mind, even though he wouldn't be able to hear her. ''Well actually,'' she began a little too matter-of-fact-ly. ''my grandmother was a coyote. And my grandfather was a wolf. So, my dad was 50% coyote, 50% wolf. And my mother was 100% wolf, so...I'm only 25% coyote, the rest is wolf.'' She explained to him as if he didn't know how to do the math. The female was a little ashamed to admit it, she wished she was more coyote. But Keychain was proud of her slim muzzle and her slightly bigger ears. ''Why do you ask?'' She inquired, a bit curious. Keychain's pose was elegant and a little beauty queen-ish, even though she wasn't that type. I take it he doesn't like wolves. The female thought rather neutrally. Keychain wasn't exactly a huge fan of wolves, but she didn't hate them either. She didn't think it was right to hate on a breed for no reason. But she could understand if it was a personal experience...maybe.

OOC it’s short… and not wel done and late I sowwy ; ; enky is my hardest character.

He listened lazily as she explained to him that her parents weren’t to blame, someone was, and he guaranteed it was her grandmother and father, but he said nothing, he’d gotten exactly what he wanted information, without really trying hard, it was good practice for what he’d have later on. He shrugged

I find wolves to be… vile creatures really.

He said, he knew he had SOME wolf in him but he wasn’t keeping track he knew his mother was a jackal and father was a coyote, and that was all he cared about. Whatever wolf in him was too diluted to even notice on him.

Although in your case I’m sure you aren’t as vile as the purebreds out there.

He said lazily, wondering what type of reaction she was going to give him. He always enjoyed anticipating what one would do next, and wondered how long it would take them before stalking off. So far his longest was his sister but she really didn’t count.

Keychain raised a brow, ''Oh? Er, why is that? Did wolves do something to you or you just don't like them?'' She asked, a little curious. The female was quite shocked at the Enkiel's next words. She took it as a compliment, and smiled a bit. The female, however, did not go so far to say ''why thank you'', just in case he did NOT mean it as a compliment. She blinked twice, as if she had got something in her eye. Keychain broke eye contact, as she began to feel uncomfortable. The female-for some reason-did not like to stare too long into the other's eyes. She sighed, feeling a little guilty. Keychain had been a little angry with the other, and she did not want to be that way. The hybrid would have to be a little nicer from now on. Besides, she had practically been hating him for no reason, sure he might of been a little jerk-ish here and there--okay maybe that was pushing it--, but that was no reason to hate another, it was probably just his personality. Keychain felt a twist of the stomach and started to feel rather sick, but not enough to just throw up on the spot. She hoped she had not ate anything bad. It faded and Keychain smiled happy to be well. The female was not one to get sick, she was quite healthy and even if she lived in her own filth she would probably still be healthy. Keychain was proud of her fantastic immune system, but she never really talked about it. It could be a rather disgusting topic to bring up, anyway. Sometimes the female wished to be sick just to be reminded how it felt, but quickly regretted the wish. Her smile faded, and her normal expression returned.
