How did you hear about 'Souls?: ... friend

Auris had no idea revolving around how she got here. A mental blackout had brought her here and deep down she was glad of it. Her Belgian Draft Horse, Grand, had taken her to somewhere she didn't know. As she came out of her thoughts, she halted him. Smelling wolf in the air. After a few seconds she commanded him on, slowly scaning her surroundings for any signs of life. Grand suddenly stopped. He had gotten hungry and had started to dig in to the long grass around his feet. With a sigh, Auris dimounted and continued further along the trail without her steed. The crickets were chirping, the birds singing and the other various animal were doing there own thing. A large rabbit dashed across the trail in front of Auris, but she decided she wasn't hungry and continued to pace down the trail. Auris spun round in a fury of fright to find a small wolfdog standing there. 'You should realy stop doing that' she sighed scooping the cub up in her jaws. 'Sorry' the small cub wishpered. She set him down on a small tree stump. Auris licked the cub and left for a few seconds. When she returned she was carrying a small bird, which she produced to the cub who yelped in excitment. Auris heard a twig snap. 'Lion, stay here for a sec!' Auris growled, setting off to find the noise. Ears pricked in defence.

Hi! Smile Will you be joining with the pup as an NPC? If so, please state the pup's name, age, gender, species and whether he is a luperci Smile Also, I will simply assume that your character did not trespass onto claimed land, since nothing was specifically stated. Hope this is okay!

Edit: It seems our AniWaya joining form didn't include Species, but I will need that, please. Your profile states that you are a dog/mongrel wolf mix, so I would need to know the species of both her parents and the dog Smile Sorry for not having updated our AniWaya form!

Horse and wolf moved with ease, as if they had been together always, and ridden along these paths a million times. They hadn't, however; Dawali was merely exercising this horse, and it was not the one he normally chose to use. He hadn't named him yet, and didn't know if anyone else had, so he just called him "boy" whenever he addressed him. He was young, but responded well to his little hand and sound signals, and so the Chief was not at all worried for his own safety where he sat. It seemed as if the winds were stronger up there, and the moving air gained a good grip on the ornamented bundle of braids that was his mane, sometimes so strongly that the red wolf had to shift his weight against it so as not to lose his balance. It was all a game, though, and he smiled and enjoyed himself; exercising the horses had to be one of the more pleasurable chores in the tribe, at least for him. His worry-free face changed when a stranger's scent crept up his nostrils, but only to assume a more puzzled expression. With a soft movement he directed the horse to change directions, and the pair of creatures were soon closing in on the owner of the scent. The horse continued to carry him obediently, through the wooden gate in the fence that circled their land, because curiosity had gotten the better of Dawali, now. It didn't take long until he could untangle the scents from one another, and he was not surprised when he saw that they were three; a pup, a female (his mother, perhaps?) and their horse. He halted at a good distance to them, in case their horse might be unsettled by the presence of his own. Not everyone kept or trained their horses in the same way. "Greetings!" His deep voice easily carried far, but he did not want to continue the conversation by shouting. It would perhaps be safer if she brought their horse to him, than if he simply rode into their little group.

Auris is 50% Bouvier De Flanders and 50% grey wolf. Lion is 25% BDF, 25% grey wolf, 25% thick coated red wolf and 25% rottewieler.

Auris relaxed as the stranger rode into view. She made a lound clicking sound causing Grand to canter over. She mounted him and made her way over to the stranger. 'Greeting' she replied 'May I enquire as to my location, my horse seems to have an uncanny habit of wandering off while being ridden'. Auris look behind her to the tree stump, to a tan pelted luperci boy, delicatly picking at a small pidgeon. His hand slipping between his sabre teeth. 'My son' Auris stuttered. Auris herself was only young and she had an 8 month old cub. Luckily she had come out of her blackout, when he, the only pup in the litter, was born. She recalled the night perfectly. She had been uncomfortable all day, but continued to walk on. She had calculated to be around Detroit, when her back legs gave out. She managed to drag herself to a shop, where she collapsed on a mattress, unable to move. She had wondered if would have been easier
in another form. She had not chosen Lupus on purpose. She stayed there for 2 days, shifting nervosly on the second day and deciding to carry on, Lion wrapped in a thick blanket, sleeping soundly. To Auris's surprise, Lion was able to shift easily. 'Lion' she called her thick French acent perfecting his name. Lion jumped off the rock in his Secui form. Whenhe reach his mother he shifted back into his Optime form and clambered upon to Grand. Both horses stood nose to nose. 'Salut' was Lions innocent reply. Auris sighed 'Is this pack grounds? I have been searching for a haven for myself and Lion'. Auris waitedfor the strangers reply, Lion fiddling with the belt on his shorts and letting his long tounge caress his sabre teeth

Thanks for the added info. Just a quick note; Maned wolves are not in the genus "Canis", thus if they breed with a member of the Canis genus, the offspring will probably be infertile. Judging by the looks of that species composition, it looks as if the father of Lion was a mix between a Rottweiler and a maned wolf, and would not have been able to produce offspring (e.g. Lion). Also note that 'mongrel' isn't a subspecies, but simply means 'mixed' or 'hybrid', so that needs to be addressed as well.

Lastly, on this board, the luperci puppies cannot shift at such a young age. They begin to shift between 6 months and 1 year of age. The shifting process also takes considerable time and energy. A trained shifter may shift from four-legged form to two-legged form in 3-4 minutes, but a young individual can take as long as 15 minutes, so the quick shifting you are describing in Lion is not possible in this universe.

He watched from his safe distance as she mounted her horse and rode it over to him, continuing to ask for her location. Now close enough for proper formalities, Dawali greeted her with the prolonged nod he greeted most strangers, eyes open but head held slightly low for a few seconds. He chuckled at her humorous statement; horses did tend to lead you to strange places unless you watched closely. "I am Dawali, Chief of the AniWayans. You are near our borders; we claim the lands within the wooden fence behind me." She had not trespassed, but if left alone for a little while longer they might have, seeing as it was the horse that led the way. She made a gesture to a small figure, and Dawali stretched his neck to spot a young male behind her. He scrambled towards his mother and greeted him with a word Dawali had never heard before, speech laden with an accent from far away. The Chief assumed it was a greeting, however, and simply smiled at the boy and waved his hand a little, and no time was left to do anything further, for the female asked another question, and his focus was shifted back to her. "Yes, but not until beyond that gate there. Have you traveled far?" He was curious as to where they were from; something in their accent seemed familiar to him, but he could not pin-point it. Perhaps he had once met another individual with the very same accent.
