A hard yawn broke his silence; it squeaked out in an embarrassingly lightly and loud tone. Not that anyone was around to hear it, thankfully, and not that Murphy particularly cared. He shook his head before brushing his blonde feathery bangs from his face. Unsuccessfully, they fell right back into his line of vision. He flicked his head to the side to get the longer side of his bangs out of his eyes at least temporarily. One good thing about having glasses(besides it helping his blind ass see) was it did help keep his hair from bugging his eyes too badly.

Murphy stopped himself short of pack borders, curiously peering across that invisible boundary, taking one of the long ends of his tattered green scarf and fiddling with it lightly. His ears were perked attentively forward, lips puckered forward slightly. That was his curious face, as sexy as it was. He wasn't quite sure what to do; he'd never lived in a 'pack' and honestly thought it was rather odd. Back in Scotland he'd lived with his family in a city. No alphas, nothing so... he hated to use the word, but uncivilized. But he was inquisitive about what it was like and didn't mind living under these conditions. At least he'd have a home and protection, not to mention friends soon.

Yes, that is correct! You will be ranked as Progettista. : D Welcome to CdA~

Skye padded happily across the border, in her Optime form as usual. Long, auburn hair framed her pretty face, and she was happy to know that winter, her favorite season, was coming soon. No bears to fight over prey, no silly trees blocking out the hazed out sun, and plenty of caribou that thrived in the winter. Everything would be perfectly fine.

Suddenly, though, a scent hit her nose. She sniffed once; it smelled of a single, lone wolf - not one that was part of any packs. Smiling, she followed her nose - she loved visitors! And soon she found herself facing one.

He was brown, but that was the least of his aspects. He had sandy colored hair, and the rest of his body was adorned in green. He had glasses - Skye hadn't seen those since she'd last seen her father. He wore them; large, hilarious monocles that allowed him to read better. Skye smiled at the quite handsome stranger and spoke.

"Hello!" she exclaimed, her tail wagging. "Welcome to Cercatori d'Arte. How may I help you?"

Murphy was going to sit down and wait for someone to come to him, but it was his lucky day; he didn't have to wait long at all before someone came out of the woods. The forest was quite a pretty place and he'd always liked them since he grew up in a place that didn't have much besides small patches of skimpy woods. So really, this pack was place in a perfect location. Then again he hadn't scoped out any other packs and had no clue how many were spread out across the lands.

The one who came to greet him was a young female who was very light in color in comparison to him; the only things that stood out on her creamy fur was her copper hair and pretty brown eyes with a tail to match them. He did notice variations in her fur but they were pleasantly subtle. Murphy continued to fiddle with his old scarf before flicking his hair out of his face again, offering the stranger a friendly smile. "I smelled the pack and... I was wondering... if I could join?" He paused for a moment somewhat nervously, but didn't look scared or anything. "If that's okay." He had no idea what the proper thing to do when you were trying to join a pack, but he supposed the girl would fill him in and ask the questions she needed to know. Cause he had no idea what else to say.

: D he'll be accepted around next post so this can be speedy ~

"I smelled the pack and... I was wondering... if I could join?" the wolf asked, and then paused before adding the last part hastily; "If that's okay."

Skye was delighted. Although she was sure the winter would be perfectly fine, the fact was that the pack was still small - just six members according to her last tally - and another member would be greatly valued. She was, however, a leader, and she did have to question this wolf. It wouldn't matter very much, of course - in the end, as long as he was willing to learn and have a part in the pack (which it seemed he did already) he would fit right in.

"We'd be delighted to add a new member to our ranks," she said, her ears perked striaght and her tail high in the air. She didn't want to intimidate this new member like she knew some leaders probably did - she wanted to be friends with all the members of her and Shaw's pack and made it clear in her body language. "Our pack is primarily a one for advancing our artistic skills. That could include writing, painting, music, or anything that has to do with creating something. Do you have an artistic talent?" She didn't want him to feel unhappy or unwelcome if he didn't, so she added a few words; "If you don't, don't worry! We still have plenty of places in our pack for any and all people who wish to be here." She was glad her pack was getting so much attention from newcomers. In the past month alone, there had been two or three new people who'd wanted to join Cercatori d'Arte. And with winter coming, she knew even more loners would seek shelter in the loose, carefree pack.
