What are the rules for adopting a character? Like, would it be okay to adopt one before the aforementioned 6 week, 45 IC posts requirement is hit?
And also, dos adopting a character affect being able to have the second character without review? Becuase I really wanna adopt Marik, but I also have a really good idea for a character I want to make.

Adopting a character would be picking up at second character. With the adoptions themselves you have to talk to the one adopting them out and see if you can get them or if they will hold them until you meet the requirements. But you have to meet the requirements in order to take on the character and play it.

Welcome home, just hope I explained it well enough. You can have more then two, it is just that to get more past that then your activity with your current characters is brought under review.

Yahp, I just wanted to know if an adopted character would like, count for teh default. I guess it does. Haha.
