Lesser speech

Ok so as many know Niro has 2 birds, and i play them as NPC characters, well I was wondering, since Seyonne is trying t speak to one of the birds with lesser speech, are we allowed to have such npc's speak with them? ^^;

Yup. They're your NPCs after all -- no reason you can't play them.
