She had thought that sleep would come easily to her now that the pack was firmly established, but it did not. The light female had accepted wolves at the border earlier in the morning, watching as they disappeared into the cave systems behind her, and had then gone out to mark the border once more. She'd come back exhausted, but hadn't been able to lay her head down for a nap without a bit of worrying about the border. The sun was beginning to go down over the horizon, light fading, as she padded toward the border. She wanted to check on it and walk it once more time before she'd head back into the cave system for the rest of the night. The female stood tall in her optime form, casting a long shadow to the side of her. Maybe visiting the border one last time would give her some peace of mind. |
