WC: 501 OOC: Sorry that took me so long… and I’m blah blah blahing lol but I got it up!!! Also Denali is in his Optime form <3

Denali had found himself outside of Crimson Dreams territory, something he’d not seen himself do since he was so young, he’d not forgotten any of those days, but he wasn’t scared, not since his outing with his friend Artemis but it had been a while since he’d moved outside of the territory. Now he was in full Optime form, standing a very short four foot nine, he was still growing, though he grudgingly thought he wouldn’t grow any more, his good friend Alder was twice his size already and he was younger than Denali! He wasn’t angry at his friend, though he hadn’t seen the boy around much lately, he missed playing with the shy raccoon faced boy, but he was finding out he wasn’t the center of everyone’s attention, so now here he was, the short armed and legged boy walking past rabbit lake into the rolling hills. He’d remembered what they were called from his mom, who’d taught him the surrounding areas, knowing that he’d probably need to know such a thing later on, which he was sure would come in handy.

The color blind boy could not enjoy the beauty that set before him, but for today, it was something all would see the same as a thin layer of snow blanketed the area, though he doubted it would stay, it was getting a little warmer again and snow didn’t seem to last much. He was glad for his mom though as he absolutely hated the cold, he’d grown thick fur up on his chest area but most of his winter fur had not grown in… this year, maybe it would next year, but for now he wore a thick jacket, and layered himself in pants he’d found, he fit in them almost perfectly, they were something called sweat pants or something, whatever they were had to be patched up but that was why he layered them as well to keep himself warm, so he looked much like a walking zombie than anything else… his movements were limited, and his brand new scarf was his favorite as his mom had made it for him… he was so thankful for her generosity even though he was not her blood, she’d treated him as much of her own pup and that was something to be thankful for, though he had wondered about his own parents, not sure what had really happened that day the coyote had attacked him, and he didn’t find them. He wasn’t out here for that though. He was not so desperate to jump into dangers arms looking for something that should have found him first, no, he just thought it would be a nice day to finally move around a bit, though he still had his playful tendencies, he couldn’t do much playing in his thick suit of clothes. So he just sat, watching the grey and white land around him, his ears held high, his nose sniffing for anything new, or anything he could identify.

Lupus form for YukYuki. Big Grin

It was a rare site to see a pup wandering outside of his family's territory. One that the hybrid had never before seen with her own eyes. Thinking about it now.. She hadn't really seen any pups since she was one herself. "It was the life you choose." Yuki did a mental eye roll towards the voice. She hadn't picked out this life, it was the one given to her through the ridiculous mistakes of her mother. But if she was to actually look into her mother's pack history, the one that she had been born in to only allowed one female. The birth mother. This woman would be used for the sole purpose of breeding, and all the other girl pups born to her would be 'disposed' of (Except for one from her last born litter who was to take her place). The pack hadn't always done this; at one time loners, hybrids, and females were allowed into the pack. But upon having all the humans die out they found it more efficient to keep only the males, who were considered stronger then the females. The one thing they didn't take into consideration is that with the girls being smaller then the boys, there is also a chance that they would be able to move more swiftly. But of course Kina was not to fond of speaking about her past, so they hybrid only picked up little snippets of information.

"Hello?" The hybrid called after spotting the furry creature. He was in his Optime form, and was dressed in layers of clothes. Since he could shift she assumed he at least had some experience under his belt. "Can't be that young." She gave a small nod of agreement, hoping the voice would just shut up. Though they motivated and 'helped' her at times, 88% of the time they were just there to insult and nag her. Luckily the nod probably wasn't picked up by the boy, for it could make her seem a little odd.. Gesturing towards someone who wasn't really there.

WC: 235 OOC: Awr I saw this post, I don’t know why I didn’t reply!!

Denali had been alone for some time but it seemed it wasn’t to be for long, he did not feel her presence at all in fact he didn’t know she was there until she spoke. The boy jumped a little and turned to face the woman who spoke. He could see she was in her wolf form, the form he had yet to retake, he loved being in his optime, he could use his hands to keep warm, and it was much easier to make himself warmer without much of a hassle. He was apprehensive when the woman approached, though she was still far enough that it was comfortable, he stared at her wondering what she wanted but he showed a little welcome as his tail wagged a little.

Hello, I’m Denali, what’s your name?

He asked looking her over, noting her interesting look. Though he felt small, he seemed bigger now that he was in presence of someone who was in lupus, he wasn’t sure if that was a good thing, but he did feel a little happier that he didn’t seem small right now at least. He could barely move in the bundle of clothes he was in, though he was sure it would be hard to chew through all the clothes if the woman decided to actually attack him, but it didn’t seem that way, at least not to the aging pup.
