Amata was finally settled in though it seemed her parents were no where to be found, though she wasn’t actively searching for them. She was sure one of them would come find her, that’s how it always happened. She was sitting on the porch watching out at the mixture of moisture coming from the sky… it was too warm to freeze but too cold to stay wet, and it was a plain miserable day. Amata sighed, resting her knuckles against her cheeks, just watching, she didn’t know what to do right now, no one was in need of her, she was bored. Tired of the sprinkling rain and snow that was coming down, one that would get her hair all wet and soggy, and any books were out of the question right now, she liked reading, but not too much, and she had already gotten her stores of medicine all in order. Amata was just that bored. Something she normally was not when she was out in the wild, but that wasn’t for her anymore. She was home and she wanted to stay home. She needed her family, she’d missed them so much.

She couldn’t imagine being inside now anyway, it felt too stuffy to be in there, where the water pattered on the window… ugh, she hated feeling this way, it was not her, she always had such an upbeat mood, but it was winter, where was all the snow? Why was it so wet and crummy out? She wanted to make snow angels and build snow dogs… it wasn’t such a hard request. A few strands of hair fell into her face as she stared bleakly out into the open area around the manor. She blew it out of the way not wanting to move from her spot.
