Would Our characters be able to make paper?

If they have the knowledge and can gather the means (stretching frames may be scavenged, plant materials can be harvested), it would be possible for Luperci to make very primitive papers. They definitely wouldn't be able to make anything as fine and smooth as modern day printing paper, but here is a basic article on natural printmaking.
