I'm scared of what's behind and what's before

Derp, sorry for the wait! And the slightly crappy reply :|

Nayati helped examine some of the blankets and also found that there were very few that needed to be discarded. Relief welled up in the man, these would help keep the tribe warm despite the snow and the winds. Hopefully there would be no more storms this winter though for he did not know if they could really survive another blow as they had already been dealt. They were actually lucky that so many of the horses had survived for they could have easily perished. Krystalle's help had already been more than he could have asked for, so when she went so far as to offer her help to get everything back to the tribe he was pleasantly shocked. "Truly? You would not mind?" He did not think he had ever met someone outside of the tribe who was so helpful and kind. "If only the earth had more people like yourself in it, Krystalle." The Utina did not hand out idle compliments and it was clear that his words of compliment were heartfelt.

The hybrid fey disappeared for a moment and when she returned, had a shovel propped over her shoulder. Of course it was a little different than the shovels that he was used to seeing, but he could still tell that that was clearly what the tool was. "Alright, that would be good," he said with a smile as he grabbed a pile of blankets. The second pile was left behind so they could evenly distribute the goods to both of the horses. Nayati exited the house and made a call to Iye and the stallion quickly obliged and trotted up to the house. The man untied the rope from his belt and rolled up the folded blankets and then tied them to the dapple grey horse's back. Two larger, thicker blankets were left out to be used to wrap up the wood.

Last post. Krystalle and Nayati load up the horses and head out to AniWaya to return the awesomeness they found to the tribe. Go them!

He seemed surprised at her offer, and it brightened the smile pressed upon her creamy maw. Helping was her best asset, along with reading and writing, and the plight of the strange AniWaya tribe left the Latin female with the heavy desire to see them return what had been lost in the power of the snowstorm. Their peace of mind was important, even if she had only met the creamy white Nayati Utina. He praised her generosity, and a faint blush crept up on her furry cheeks; she didn't often hear genuine compliments, certainly not for something she felt was just common courtesy. The Utina man received a smile before she disappeared for the rusted shovel.

Returning, she offered a plan, and he agreed; her pink eyes watched briefly as he divvyed up the blankets and headed out to call for his Iye. Krystalle turned to the task of gathering wood. Disappearing farther into the town, the shovel was used like a crowbar to pry boards free and break apart worn out wooden furniture. Anything that could be used was taken, wrapped up in one of the blankets that she'd grabbed on her way out. It was quite a nice bundle, and she was sure they could carry more. A quick call to the painted Senorita and she worked to create yet another package of wood.

It took longer than she expected, but she blamed it on the rusted shovel head. It wasn't in top condition, and clearly it wasn't made to break apart the sturdy wooden bits of homes. Four tied blankets filled with wood lay in the snow, soaking up the water that came from the melting ground. She loaded up her horse with two, leading her back to the Utina so they could finish their task before heading out on the path to take the supplies back to AniWaya.
