The female was opened the large front door slowly, the morning light bright with a clear sky and unmasked sun. She blinked against it, but met the warmth with a smile. A hand pushed the door closed, hearing the click that would keep the cold from meeting the warm entranceway. The fire was blazing inside, and she had tended to it before deciding to take a small walk. It would be nice to return to afterward.
Anu was better, her chest clear of any congestion and her body free of the pains and aches of her illness. She had coughed for days, but continued to sip the tea Cambria had given her to keep the chills away and the cold from returning. But she was better, and breathed the cool air in deeply. Padding down the stairs she looked out into the wintry world that was her beloved home. It had been some time since she had left the house, but she felt the itch to have the sky as he only roof and the ground (snow laded or not) the floorboards.
Her heart was light, despite the troubles that had fallen on the Dreamers. There were downs, but ups as well and Anu focused on those for the moment. One could not always worry and dwell on the painful. She took to the small path that had been dug into the snow, making the walk easier then she had anticipated.
