serene sands, early morning

Misery was a wanderer. There had been places, blessed ones like Khalif but most of all Chimera that had held her, but in her heart she lived to see new places. Her exploits in souls would leave an interregnum back at home, but Misery cared little of it. Little Wicca de le Poer would play her part and keep the peace, and Misery was free to live as she chose. If the little black and white niece of hers chose to steal her place, Misery cared little. Leading the Khalif was not her dream. That made her far too much like her damned father Sukan, and she hated him. Hated his filthy hands and his bright eyes. Misery had enjoyed killing him in a way that she couldn't describe. It was terrible to enjoy it though, so that murder was a private pleasure. It wasn't as if anyone would have missed the white fool anyway.

The water was beautiful. The journey had been difficult thanks to the jagged rocks, but she was stubborn. A faint scrape adorned her bad right leg, but it was a welcome price. The tranquility of the serene sands seemed to be unrivaled. It reminded her of places she had long loved in a different time and place. A place where a mighty beast named Chimera had reigned. But that was gone. Over and faded into the past, she doubted anyone else remembered. But Misery would always reminder the moaning woods and the Kings she had loved there. Her Crimson King, beloved and with her still. A gunslinger had come and taken it when he had fallen, and Misery had kept her distance from the Queen. But then the son of the Crimson King, a pale Prophet and pseudoson had assumed the throne and things had been good again. But thinking of the past would get her nowhere, and Misery closed her bright eyes, ears perked to catch the sound of the water gently lapping at the shore.

Anathema, it was place that offered a second home to him. A place that he could run to when he had to get away from his own. He hadn't been here in awhile though. Demi was probably upset with him. Or else his sister may have found another to play with while he was away. He wasn't used to being separated from her but they were staying in two different places now. The trip between them was quite a long one. But even when they were living close together he knew that he had never had her full attention. He allowed himself to be another of her little pawns. But he knew of that darkness in her that many never got to see. He knew that she liked to be taken down from her pedestal and handled roughly. Or at least that was their game.

Still he hadn't come to slip into the caves. He hadn't even meant to be in the area where it would be hard not to visit. Though he should. He had to tell his mother of his loss after all. But when he had come before she was gone. He wasn't sure where she was or how long she would be away. So he had just wandered around but clearly his mind wanted him to speak on what was bothering him for he had taken to the coast and ended up back in the other pack again.

Though down along the shore there was someone else. He could use that as an excuse to be around and once again delay going into the caves. "Beautiful." He offered up the simple expression, not explaining just what he was talking about. Instead he gave a smile as he moved close before turning to stare out over the water.

Misery glanced at the fellow with a quiet grin. "Big fan of colors I see." The words were faintly teasing but gentle, he had a white coat that he seemed content on playing around with as artistically as possible. Misery had never been one to take much care of herself, her appearance was normally razor thin and worn - she looked as if she had lived quite the hard life. The male didn't carry the D'Angelo eyes though, and her mind made no connection.. She only looked back to the water, her gold-green eyes bright and shining. It seemed kismet simply drew her family to her

"T'name's Misery D'Angelo." Simple and bright as she crossed her thin hands over the top of her sleek black cane. It had been a gift from the Khalif in honor of their Ankh blessed Alpha. It had been quite some time since any black wolf of their stock had turned from darkness to light, and as much as she didn't want it, the female had become rather revered among her lot.

OOC CONCLUSION: Misery and Ouija bond over be D'Angelotastic and then they go to Anathema and she tattoos Anathema's pack symbol on him somewhere.
