For Sankara! WC: 319

Ty was out and about on pack lands, patrolling the borders with his usual calm demeanor on his face. However, today, he was carrying a sack with him, a rather large sack to be precise. The day before, Ty had laid some traps out for things like rabbits and squirrels to fall into and die, providing some extra meat for the wolves of the pack, which they sorely needed. The pack's food supply all but vanished when the snowstorm hit not too long ago, and Ty was doing what he could to keep the food stores with something until full on spring came. So far he had bagged a few hares and one or two squirrels, but it wasn't enough to keep them going for long.

However, Ty's pursuit of his traps came to a stop when he noticed some wolf tracks in his path. Normally Ty would not worry about tracks, but he was currently on the borders of Phoenix Valley, and the tracks were coming from beyond those borders. There was a wolf who had recently come into the packlands. Surely the wolf had not gotten far, but the fact they did not wait at the borders troubled him, was it Lucifer again? Was it some other monster? Or did someone just forget to mention they had left the pack for a bit? Regardless, Ty took it upon himself to check it out.

Leaving the sack within a bush for him to pick up later, Ty crept off after the footprints, his usual approach to following a foreign wolf. He always liked to survey a wolf from afar before he tried to confront them, so he could give them an attitude that would best suit them, making sure if they were friendly or hostile that he would always act accordingly. However, he couldn't shrug off the feeling that the scent he got from the footprints was familiar.

Halifax was a wonderful and interesting city. So it was needless to say that Sankara had been looking forward to making another expedition there. She found the city very interesting, and, in some strange way, relaxing. She usually did not find human-related things very relaxing or reassuring.

Now she found herself walking through the streets of the abandoned city. She had arrived the previous day, and she had spent the night in an abandoned building. But because the place smelled mostly like the wolves who often visited it, she had the misfortune to not find something to eat rather than one or two good looking berries. I suppose that i can spare breakfast. She walked further into the city, getting familiarized with the place in case that she returned in future occasions.

She kept on until she noticed that the vegetation was getting more and more abundant. She decided to stop there, and chose a random building and entered. Despite being on her lupus form, she decided that it would be easy to find stuff among the grit and rubbish inside. She looked and looked, but there was anything that really catched her eye, or if it did, she found it unuseful. The hunger was making her grouchy. She usually could stand more than a day wihout food; but yesterday's race had taken too much energy from her. The treasure hunt could wait. What she needed in that moment was food

Her amber eyes scruited her surroundings as she came out from the debris. There should be something to eat rather than the little berries growing there. The wolfess headed to where the vegetation was thicker to see if she had more look at finding a prey. And she did. It wasn't a strong smell, but it meant food. She tracked the smell further into the forest, not paying attention to anything else; not even to the marks signaling the borders of a foreign territory.

Then, she spotted something. It was an injured animal, perhaps a raccon. It was lame; a perfect opportunity for a hungry hunter. Sankara took a hunting stance, and began to creep towards her future prey. It seemed like it hadn't spotted her; but the animal seeme to have sensed the danger, because it began to walk faster. Though, it was nothing that sankara couldn't handle.

She was so immersed on the hunt, that she neve thought about the possibility that the reason of the raccon's fear wasn't her, that it was another wolf's smell. The same smell that lingered on the bushes that she had passed moments ago, and that was turning stronger as it's owner came closer to the scene.

Ty pushed forward, the scent of the other wolf getting closer and closer, obviously they were slowing down, as Ty had not quickened his pace and the tracks were only getting more fresh. The familiarity of this scent did not go away either, indeed Ty had met this wolf at least once before, but he couldn't put his finger on it.

However, once he finally spotted the person, he immediately realized it was none other than Sankara, a wolfess he had helped a few weeks ago to find another wolf in the Valley. She had wanted to see Adonia for some reason, and since then Ty hadn't heard from her, pesumably because after Ty led her to Adonia he left her be. However, this brought up a very important question; what was she doing back here? Did she want to see Adonia again, did he put on a good impression for her to see him again? Or was she here for something entirely different? He remained a safe distance away as he continued to survey her actions, trying to gauge why she ultimately returned, and better yet why she had not waited at the border like she did before.

That was around the time Ty noticed that she was actively hunting some game in the borders, from the looks of it either a raccoon or a rabbit, Ty couldn't tell because of the distance, but it was certainly game she was after. He deduced to himself that Sankara was obviously here because she had been chasing the raccoon into the borders of Phoenix Valley and was now going to kill it for her meal. While it was technically a crime, it was a forgivable one, Ty knew Sankara to be a shy and gentle woman, one who would not break pack laws unless she had not known of them. There was no way he was going to stop her from getting her meal, but he would at least show up to talk to her. Once she had killed the rodent, Ty stepped out of his hiding place, a charming smile on his face as he neared the other wolf. "Hello Sankara!" He called out to her as he closed in. "Nice of you to drop by Phoenix Valley again."

Sankara

Word Count→000 :: OOC: Oh noes, i smell tension on the air X3

Her meal had no exit. She had made a mind map of her surroundings, so if her prey wanted to escape her, she would know where to go. But then, out of the blue, the tiny animal raised on it's hind legs and smelled the air. It's eyes obviously landed on her, before it fled away. Sankara snarled lightly in frustration. She was about to chase it when a smell invaded her nose. It was another luperci, right behind her. She guessed that he or she was the reason why the small animal had fled.

The grizzly woman was about to turn around to ask for an explanation when the luperci talked. I knew that the smell was familiar. She thought. And she was right, because who was standing behind her was Ty, a luperci who she had met several days before, when she had unsuccessfuly tried to find Adonia. She took the thoughts out of her mind as she spinned her whole body to face Ty. She kept her ears high, not showing submission at all.

"Hi Ty, nice to see you again." she greeted as she walked a step forward. An explanation about her prescence there was forming on her head when she processed what Ty had said. Phoenix Valley. She was on HIS territory. Her eyes grew bigger as she realized her crime. She had trespassed; and not purposely. "I...i mean...i had no idea that i had..." She mumbled, unable to move. The shyness that had been fading these days appeared all of a sudden and left her standing there. She barely heard the voice on her head that told her to take a submissive stance. Instead, she stood there. She didn't expect anything good coming...

"Whoa, whoa, hey, don't worry about it." Ty said, raising a paw passively to keep her from feeling bad about it. "It was just one raccoon, I can overlook that." He smiled politely as he remained standing, though walking closer to Sankara, his half-tail wagging slightly at the sight of what he assumed was a friend. Their last meeting was for another wolf, but Sankara and himself had gotten along well during their last encounter. She hadn't seemed hostile, nor had she been rude, unpleasant, or even bad to look at for that matter. She was a young, attractive wolfess in her prime that was rather pleasant to hang around with.

However, something was different about her this time, something that stopped Ty from getting too close to her. She seemed more confident, tougher, stronger than she was than she had been the first time around. He stopped short of being in her personal space, her bubble people almost visible with the way it stopped him in his tracks.

Ty looked Sankara up and down with a confused look on his face, wondering how her personality had changed so quickly. Had something happened to her while she was away? He couldn't tell, but she certainly wasn't the shy woman he had met when she came here before. "Well, how's it going?" He asked her, trying to play off her change in stances as nothing at all. "You look...different, have you lost weight or something?"

Sankara relaxed a bit as the male reassured her. If there was no problem with her being there, she could relax. Her limbs untensed as she straightened and sat on her spot. The light-colored male closed the distance between them wagging his tail. "Nice of you to let me stay here. I wasn't really thinking when i trespassed...it wasn't my intention, i swear!" She repeated. The enthusiastic wag of the male's tail made her own mood raise, and her tail wagged lightly.

Sankara, even though she was shy at the beggining, was very friendly, and usually considered people her friends even though she hadn't met them from long ago. That was happening to her right now. The male had been nice to her, even though she had commited a crime.

But her train of thoughts changed as soon as the other male made another comment. He was trying to cool off the mood. But she misunderstood it; she tried to look at her belly, not spotting anything different. "Why? there has not been much lately. Only a friend of mine having puppies...but i haven't lost weigh" She returned her gaze to Ty. "...or did i?" She tilted her head to a side. No one had ever made that kind of comments to her. She recalled the last days. There had actually been a change on her. She was more open to people now, but did that count as a real change? "Maybe i became a bit more extrovert...but that's all." She looked at the male in front of him again. She didn't see a noticeable change on him since the last time that she had visited Phoenix Valley.

But as she sat there, as the smell of the foreign territory filled her nose, she began to feel a bit uneasy. She wanted to go back to the borders right now, so she stood up and spinned her body so her right flank faced Ty. "Would you mind if we go back to the borders...i, humm, feel intimidated here." She hoped that the male could understand it. She still hadn't gotten rid of all her shyness.

Sorry for the lateness of this response, but here is pervy Ty! WC:339

Ty could only give off a small chuckle as Sankara had looked herself up and down, attempting to get a grasp of what Ty had said. It was like she had never been complimented before, a surprise to Ty to say the least. The young wolf admitted she had become more outgoing as of late, but nothing more than that. Ty's response was simply a nod and a smile, attempting to be polite and kind to the young wolfess. His half-tail swished back and forth as he patiently waited for her to finish talking and be escorted back to the borders. Although Ty didn't mind a wolfess like her in the packlands, he wasn't going to just abandon the rules put here by Jefferson.

However, it is when Sankara turned and began heading towards the borders that Ty found himself oggling her rear and with a shameless obviousness. Ty wasn't usually such a pervert or even often that interested in women, but somehow it was Sankara's flanks that reminded Ty that he was not getting any younger. He had been one who had loved and lost, and this female was starting somehow to remind him that he was getting to the age where one could begin to think about settling down with a female. Of course, he wasn't going to pursue Sankara, this was a simple friend to the pack, but he could not deny that she was indeed attractive to him.

However, this admittance became vocal when Ty made a small cat call as he followed behind her. It was not even a conscious thought to make the noise, but his subconscious apparently was going to have a knack for getting him in trouble today. His eyes widened as he realized the mistake he had made of both staring at the butt of Sankara and similarly making a cat call. He could only hope she was oblivious to these things as they walked, but Ty's red blushing face said it all if she was to take a guess.

Word Count→000::OOC: Oh, seems like someone is going to be in trouble XD

Maybe it was Sankara's mind, but as she turned around and unwalked the path that she had accidentally followed, she felt as if somebody was looking at her hindquarters. The feeling was strong, but she resisted the urge to turn around in case that it was only her imagination. But the feeling was getting stronger and stronger. Finally, Sankara was about to turn around when she noticed that...she was lost. She had lost track of the road from where she came. She sighed and decided to ask Ty for directions. "Hey, T..." Her phrase hung out in the air as she heard the sound. Was it just a joke? had Ty just catcalled her? Sankara stood there for a few seconds.

She had no experience about the topic. She didn't know what to feel about it. no other wolf had ever whistled like that to her, either for compliment or to irritate her. So she turned her head slowly and looked at the yellow male with a mix of emotions on her eyes. She didn't know how to react to the sound directed to her. She saw shame on Ty's face as he looked at her. "What was that? Ty...what...?" Sankara tried to clear her thoughts during the silence afterwards. In case that the catcall was a compliment, she didn't see why. She was only an average wolf, with nothing special, if she didn't count her small moon pendant; but nothing else. So she ended up assuming the other option...

"Hey, i know that i just trespassed, and i apologize for it...but that whistle was OUT OF PLACE!" Sankara was now completely facing him, a frown placed on her forehead. She had started to get angry pretty fast...and she didn't really like it. This made her even more upset. She tried to collect her mind a bit, so she didn't say something too agressiveor unpolite. She was still on a foreign territory after all. "What did you do that for?"

Sankara ”talks”, walks, and thinks.

Ty froze. What had he just done? The first awkward silence once Sankara figured it out were rather rough, but it was when Sankara was beginning to ask what he had just done that really began to worry Ty. He wanted to simply explain, but how in the world was he going to explain his actions in a way that didn't make him look like a bad wolf? He couldn't just say she reminded him that he wasn't getting any younger, he would just seem creepy. Then again, what kind of wolf would he be if he didn't tell the truth? Sankara at least deserved an explanation of why Ty had made a cat call, though he wished he could rewind time to undo that action.

"Well...you have a nice butt." Ty explained to her with a straightforward bluntness that Sankara was probably not expecting. "Has nobody commented on your looks before? Because you're actually quite the pretty wolf, Sankara, and uh..." He fumbled to find the right words, "A woman walking around by yourself with your looks um...could get into danger with some brutes who don't treat women like you right. I would suggest not adventuring out on your own as much, at least not without a friend."

The more Ty talked, the more he realized he was digging his own grave. He couldn't tell if what he was saying would possibly offend his new friend or flatter her. Nevertheless, what Ty said was now out in the open, he found her attractive and it was now up to her to decide what he meant by what he said. Ty was confident that it wouldn't be too bad, it was only Sankara. A young wolfess with a sketchbook and a nervous personality to new people, how bad could her wrath really be?

Sankara

Sankara waited patiently for Ty's answer. The woman had been expecting an answer. So she tensed up a bit when he confessed that he liked the aspect of a certain part of her body. She didn't know wether to feel prayed or offended. So she limited to listen as the male tried to fix things up with some blabber. This only fed her wrath. Not that it was too big, but she was getting angry.

In a second she jumped the distance between them and pushed the man's body, making him fall and landing on top of him. She kept an emotionless face as she looked at him. Her eyes where half closed. And as the seconds passed, she began to realize the situation in which she found herself. She had just attacked a male wolf who was bigger than her in the borders of his own territory! But she didn't let this realization to be shown in her eyes. Instead, she leaned her head a bit and muttered with a hissy voice. "Thanks for the advice, but i think that i can take care of myself ok? and by the way. Please keep your eyes away from my butt".

The female felt a growl coming from her chest, but tried to supress it. after all, she was already in too much troubles; as if she needed more.

The more Ty babbled, the more Ty realized it wasn't helping, though the expression on Sankara's face could have told him that. His case was weak, and Sankara could see right through the excuse he was trying to make up. Because of Ty's blabbering and attempting to make an excuse, he was unprepared when she suddenly launched herself at him and shoved him over. His legs easily gave way and he found himself on his back, a humiliating turn of events for a trained warrior like himself, but then again he was not expecting a sudden rush from Sankara like that.

But her offensive manner did not end at the push, as Sankara fell with him in such a way that pinned him to the ground. Once Ty got over the original shock of the pin, he realized that she was a lot more aggressive and reckless than he gave her credit for. Not only had she attacked Ty, a wolf stronger and better trained then she was, but she had attacked him within the borders of Phoenix Valley, making her actions both brave and stupid beyond belief.

However, Ty's panicked demeanor from trying to rationalize his catcall turned to a wicked smirk when she leaned in and explained that she could take care of herself. What was simply a pardon for Sankara twisted into a challenge for Ty, and he was not going to let that challenge pass him by. "Oh really? You can take care of yourself?" He asked her with a small chuckle. As she lowered her face, his hands suddenly snapped out and grabbed the sides of her head, his voice muttering "Fine then--" and quickly popping one of his hips up to catch Sankara off balance. Using this surprise maneuver, the half-tailed brute rolled sideways, reversing their positions as he ended up pinning Sankara to the ground, though as they rolled his hands switched grips from her head to her wrists, pinning them to the ground as well as her body. With a confident sneer, Ty lowered his face to hers and said "Then why don't you get out of this one, hotshot?"
