For Fia Marino-Knight, set just outside the Crimson Dreams borders :]

She was feeling cooped up again. The previous evening Magnolia had made a trip to Rabbit Lake, a trip that was exhausting and time-consuming. She had decided to camp out there overnight because for the teenager, it would be easier for her to find the Kingdom when it was light. It’s not like Niro ever cared about where she was; these days, Magnolia didn’t stick around his seaside home much. She would run away for days at a time, only returning to the area to sleep outside. And now that her father suddenly had another puppy to care for, home was the last place she wanted to be. She had arrived home to see the joy of a new puppy that Amaranth and Niro had conceived together that she had no idea about until that very moment. Magnolia said nothing to her father, she just left.

The night had been relatively frightening as she was very far away from home and was very hungry, but she didn’t let that affect her too much. Eventually she settled down on the shore of the lake in an area that didn’t seem too full of the nearby pack smell. She had no idea who lived around here, but she teenager was exceptionally jealous of whoever did. It was peaceful, quite unlike the Kingdom she resided in.

The early afternoon was sunny with a touch of wind, almost the perfect temperature for Magnolia. Because of this wonderful day, the silver girl was sunbathing right next to the lake, Mohawk just touching the water. There was nothing that could bother little Magnolia here, at least until she had to go home of course.

yay! <3 just wondering, could we predate this to maybe the 2nd or the 1st? i have a thread with fia on this day. ^^

Fia had been shocked by the fact that Denali had died - she had just heard about it, although she was sure that it had been an accident and wasn't meant for her ears to reach. She thought it was horrible that someone of the same pack could hurt someone else...it was horrible! They were supposed to be like family, not...murderers!

The young girl had decided to take it upon herself to try and practice herself and better herself in exploring and sneaking around. This way, she'd be able to see everything that went on in the pack - she'd be like a spy, but better! She would help people in her family that needed help, chase bad people away, and find lots of prey for her family to eat. Delighted by her fantasy, the young pup ventured further and further away from the place that she called home, and traveled towards the borders of her pack.

Soon, she picked up a scent - what was that? Sniffing, she decided that it was a wolf...but the scent was strange. Rather than the soft fields and snow of Crimson Dreams, the scent had a tang to it - not Crimson Dreams, but completely alien to her.

Excited by the stranger, Fia tracked down the scent until she, hiding behind a small bush that concealed her white coat well enough among the scattered and melting snow, found a gray wolf. She was at the edge of the lake, and Fia had never seen her around before - she was most certainly not from Crimson Dreams. Excited at her prowess at hiding, she simply watched the girl without any further movement or sounds.

No problem, also, sorry for the delay :< Hope the teeny weeny powerplay is okay.

A rustling nearby set the teenager’s teeth on edge. She was being disturbed, and it didn’t sit well with her. After what seemed like hours, the Princess got up to investigate. Nothing seemed out of place, yet the girl still wasn’t convinced. She let out an angry bark, green eyes squinting for any signs of movement. If it was some prey she’d kill it and go back to sunbathing, but nothing appeared. Now really annoyed, the silver brat let out a snarl and the most fierce bark her dainty ribcage could muster. Still nothing.

She let silence permeate the air again before barking one last time, and with that, Magnolia picked up a tiny rustle within a shrub nearby. Finally satisfied, Magnolia crept over to the bush in a cat-like fashion, stalking her prey. When the moment was right, the teenager pounced, grabbing the soft animal between her paws with childish zeal. “Gotcha!” she shrieked, intent on scaring the life out of her prey until she realized it was a puppy. “Oh.” she said, irritated, letting go instantly and pushing the white ball of fluff away from her.
