Can I go ahead and make my second character and then wait for my first's characters thread count go up before I play it or do I have to have my thread count up first?
You can make the account, but you must wait until you've met the requirements for a second character (Have been a member for 6 weeks and have made 45 IC posts) to be able to post with them. ^^
You've already passed the time requirements, just 15 posts to go and you can pick your secondary right up. :3 Noelle already answered your question, I just felt like chiming in with something encouraging~
