THIS LOVELY TABLE FILLED WITH SEXYNESS WAS MADE BY NUKI! Big Grin Sorry for the length. Hope it gave you something to go off of? c: BACKDATED TO APRIL 17th

Range hadn't really been searching for a city. In fact, he wasn't really searching for anything anymore. He could find his way home easily- For the scent of Dahlia always seemed to stand out more then all the rest. It smelled of familiarity, safety, "Homeliness.." He thought to himself, then taking a moment to ponder whether or not that was an actual word. His boundless mind had eventually began to understand that you could add 'ness' in front of almost any adjective- Which had helped him to add many other descriptive words to his vocabulary.

The young boy was heavily intrigued by the huge size of the city. The buildings towered over him, some of them seeming to go right through the clouds. He stared up at them, trying to force his eyes to adapt to the bright sun. Seeing that it wasn't happening, the boy stopped trying. He wondered what was past the clouds.. What one would.. Could see if they made it up to the top of the huge towers. He inhaled, taking in the musky smell of the city that was covered in overgrowth. It was difficult to tell how long ago the infestation began- Especially since some plants spread faster then the sun would rise. He made his way over to a small building, sniffing at one of the small flowers that had began to sprout. Though the scent of the surrounding evergreen attempted to overwrite the sweetness of the bud, the young being managed to pick up a hint of it. He could have already determine that it was in a certain stage of adolescence by it's small size.. But it gave him hope for the warm Spring that was surely on it's way.

Range moved along, taking a moment to look over the building before pushing his way past the doors. The doors were smaller compared to the one on Gideon's house, outlined with wood but holding a glass in the middle. One of the sheets were broken, the shattered pieces laying on the inside of the building. This probably suggested a break-in.. "Wonder if this happened around the time the humans started going insane." While he didn't know much about the furless beings, it was a pretty logical question to wonder. He could only imagine what would happen if there was a bad food shortage or something in 'Souls- Or what would happen a horrible disease starting killings wolves over night. "Maybe they ate each other.." He thought, scrunching up his face at the thought of cannibalism. Even between other species.

The place looked to be an old convince store. But, due to his lack of knowledge about cities; Range interpreted it as a small place with loads of food. Years had taken away the freshness of the food, and even some of the cans had given away. As he walked deeper into the area a few rats ran past him, taking cover beneath some of the racks. The wolf was startled by it all, "Where would they get all this food?" He wondered, silently wondering why Dahlia didn't have anything like this. The shelves carried various things, some of which he could tell were not meant to be eaten in the first place. As he walked along the rows of storage, a few bottles caught his eye that were on the back wall. He trotted over to them, sniffing at the air around them. They didn't smell rotten or decaying like most of the other items in the store, just strong. "I can't die from just tasting it, right?" The male moved closer, using his paw to tug the bottle of the shelf. "Imagine how much easier this would be with actually fingers." He murmured, bracing his ears for the sound of the bottle breaking. He flinched as the bottled hit the tile floor, surprised when it didn't even crack. He looked down at the bottle, deciding against attempting to break it and grasping the cork with his maw. It took a few tugs, but eventually it gave way; leaving the strong alcohol to spill from it.

He ducked his head down, releasing his tongue from his maw and lapping at the liquid. The sheer strength of it. But even with the rawness of it, both the scent and taste was some what alluring.

TOTALLY MAKING IT AFTERNOON BECAUSE I CAN.

Silvano had never been to the big city. Really, it was odd that he had not yet walked out this far. But maybe that was why he had never bothered; it was so far away. It took such a long time just to get to the city. It was early morning when he had set out and now the sun was definitely further in the sky than before. He looked at it, apprehensively. It would take a while to get back home; he was not afraid to travel at night but he did not want to make his mother worry; she did not need that at all. Savina needed quiet and peace, so he hoped she would never notice him returning home late that night, especially since he hoped to be back at a reasonable hour. Maybe even with bribes in tow to give to his sisters. That would make her smile. Silvano wanted to be better than his older brother, who he felt was sneaking off all the time just to goof off.

It was strange, seeing all of these big buildings mixing with smaller ones. All the faded and broken signs jumped at him; they were bright, promising sales, discounts, new items, everything. It was such a good thing he could read; it would make it easier to figure out what a place was. Maybe he could even find a map and then he could make his own bigger version so he could label where places of interest were. But maybe that was a little too much effort. So for now, he just kind of ambled around, walking on two legs rather than the four he had used to run here; he wanted a break from that.

Something rustled, and the Sadira turned his head in the direction where he thought it came from. It was a convenience store next to a broken down florist's or maybe a bookstore. It was hard to figure what it was now; the windows were that dusty and whatever signs were missing or too faded and sun bleached and stained to read. Whatever it was, it could not have been the source of the sounds; it was more of a clank than a crash or boom. So convenience store it was. Besides, there were stronger scents coming from the store. So the young adult stepped through the gaping door, eyes adjusting to the light in the store. The scent was strong; it was Dahlian. It had to be. It just reminded him of Shiloh, the potential friend he had not seen in so long.

But who was it? He looked between the rows and finally found a younger male on all fours near the bottles of what the Sadira assumed was alcoholic. The humans did not have the same bottles for alcohol as they did for water and other drinks he never could try like soda or gatorade. Whatever those were. It was too dangerous to try those things; they were long since past their prime. Shockingly long past. The young male was licking up something from the floor, that had leaked from a bottle; an alcohol bottle. Silvano furrowed his brows. "What are you doing?"

IF YOU INSIST. and I assumed he was shifted, if he's not, just tell me. x:

The sound of the wolf's paws touching the cool cement was hardly heard by the boy as he lapped at the liquid. Drops were still making their way out of the circular entrance, greeting sensitive ears with soft plopping sounds as they met their fate on the ground.

The Soul boy could almost feel the guilt overtake him, making his legs weak. His ears flattened snugly against his skull as he craned his neck to look at the male behind him. He didn't know why drinking the tasty fluid would be a naughty thing to do- But the fact that the bottles may have belonged to this other creature dug at him. "I.. Just trying it." His throat seemed to suddenly become more dry. It felt as if he was attempting to swallow down sandpaper each time he downed more saliva. "It's not yours.. R-Right?" He asked, glancing up at the males eyes. They didn't seem to hold any anger. Or at least not any that Range could detect. The way his brows were scrunched together made it seem that he was more confused then anything.

Slowly, the wolf eased himself out of his position of submission. The male couldn't have been much older then himself, although he seemed to have learned the process of shifting already. Even with a bit of guilt still within him- He felt better knowing that the wolf didn't seem angry.. Or even aggressive. "How do you do that?" He asked, the idea of walking on two legs being tugged from the depths of Range's mind. Even without hands to point, he hoped the male would get his point by seeing the jerking motion made by his neck to gesture to them.

His eyes soon trailed back to that was set in front of him, slowly turning his back to it as to face the wolf. "You know.. It's not to bad." He said, offering the pup a slight smile. "Strong.. But yummy. Makes your insides feel tingly."

Yah he is c:

The boy seemed afraid and instantly Silvano felt bad for appearing suddenly and sounding so harsh. It had not sounded so bad to him but the younger boy probably heard it differently and it would have affected someone younger differently. Was it really so long ago that the Sadira youth was still on all fours himself? Silvano flattened his ears briefly because of his guilt, but that faded as he gave the young boy a light smile, hoping to ease him a bit, to show that he was not threatening or a threat to him in any way.

"No, it's not mine," he began, coming close and getting on his knees beside the younger boy. "I've never really been here before so I can't and don't own a thing here." Gently, Silvano rotated the bottle on the floor a little to see the label. Some liquid spilled out of the neck, but it merely dripped to the floor with soft pings that Silvano ignored. He read the words and furrowed his brows in uncertainty at the name of the alcohol on the floor; it was hard to read for one, even in his own head. "What's it taste like?" he inquired, glancing at the boy on all four legs with his emerald eyes inherited from his mother. "It smells really strong to me."

The boy answered him and Silvano nodded. HE took the bottle into his hands and sniffed at the opening in the the neck of the glass. It was alcohol to be sure but he was wary of it and wary of trying it for himself. But the stranger had said it tasted good. Okay, well he said it did not taste bad. "Really..," he muttered to no one in particular, not directed to Range at all. Then, he looked at the other male and gave a curious look. "And what do you mean? Do What?" He was confused. What had he done? But he still held the bottle in his hand as he glanced down at himself. "What am I doing?"
