Table assistance

I have recently gotten a reply to a table request, i am very happy with it. Though i do have a problem, i dont know how to use it.

If you would be kind enough to answer this and explain how to use them, i would be very grateful

All you have to do is get the code for the table. (If the person didn't supply the code then click on the button that says "QUOTE" in the bottom left hand corner of the post.) Copy that and then paste it into wherever you want to use the table. Take out all the stuff between "< p> and " and put in your own post! Make sure you have the "[do html]" tag's on it.
