Reunion of the past met

It had been numerous days since Roran had finally assumed his Luperci forms. At once he had began to undulge himself in their freedoms, and train himself in his Optime form so that he would be stranger and faster still than he had been in his Lupus form before the change. Though he did not train much anymore, he still did so on remote occasions such as today.

He now simply swam along the flowing waters of one of the many rivers of the area. The purpose of this was to both make himself a better swimming, and to strengthen his arms, as he was swimming against the current. He swam in a constantly moving smooth motion, reaching ahead and spreading his arms next to him, before moving them ahead again, and repeating. He loved swimming, though all he could think about nowadays was Ayasha, the gorgeous female whom he had fallen for in Aniwaya.

They were of different packs, though he planne3d on changing that. He frowned and thrust such thoughts from his mind, he was here to train, not to daydream about the future. As he continued to swim in his smooth motions, his cheerful attitude returned as he continued to swim along the growingly calm river. He finally swam to the shore and climbed out, shaking himself savagely to remove the water from his thick fur. He looked at himself, panting from the long swim as he smiled to himself and moved, sitting beneath a tree for a wee nap, or simply to relax.

Io had met with the white male once before. A short conflict on the borders, so Io wasn't a huge fan of this ignorant rat. But he had been the least of her worries then and the least of his worries, yet again, now. The fight with Galileo had left Io now siblingless in the wilderness off Canada. It made her want to go home and reinstate herself ewithing her birth pack. Maybe she could rise in the ranks, overtake Europa as her mother's favourite. Maybe she would take on her mother's profession. She certainly had enough balls to make an arguement over anything. There was a chance she would end up just like the vindictive woman who had 'raised' her. But she couldn't go. Aeron wouldn't consider it. And Io wouldn't make her. There were too many clauses in the way for Aeron to even see it was a good idea. Her children were too young and even when they were old enough to venture out alone, Io didn't suppose that Aeron would have any wish to leave their lives.

'What are you doing?' the woman asked, leaning against a tree a few yards away. Hopefully the male would jump when her voice called out as she had been almost slient on her approach. Dear god, she hoped she would alert him slightly. The look on his face would fill her with humor for a few hours at least.
