three months old, around cdm.

Bright gold eyes were wide with pleasure and excitement. A plush head turned skyward, a white dipped paw raised towards his body as if he couldnt keep himself on the ground. The object of his current fixation? A large and beautiful butterfly. It was still early in the year and the large butterfly was clearly lost. But it had come regardless and Linden was going to make it his friend. With a high pitch yap the male jump, medium sized puppy body twisting in the air to try and catch the butterfly. The insect for its part, sensing danger flapped its mesmerising wings faster and moved quickly out of the water. A pout washed over the males burnt orange face, golden eyes dropping with disappointment. He'd only wanted to play. Still, there was so much to do around here that the little Aatte male was never bored. They'd only just been allowed outside of the house and the young male was making the most of it. Now that his butterfly friend had left him, he was in motion. White tipped tail flashed about behind him like a beacon and his white dipped toes- one on the front left and the other on the back right, ate at the ground greedily. He was off and there was nothing mummy or daddy could do about it.

The world was so big and so interesting that the male made slow progress through his birth lands. His nose told him that there were hundreds of smells out there that needed t be investigated, but there was also no way for the young puppy to distinguish between them. He had no idea what meant what and therefore he went everywhere. Sticking his face in the flowers brought on a bought of sneezing that had the little male giggling. He moved quickly now, completely oblivious to the fact that he had crossed the borders of home a little while back. He was just walking, walking was a good thing. Bright eyes wandered this way and that, taking it all in. His parents were a long way away and the male was reveling in the glory of being out and about. He liked being out here with all the birds and the bees. It made him happy.

And this his world was turning upside down, the little male had caught his paw in a rabbit whole and fallen forward. With his paw still in the ground and his body twisted the other way, pain soon began to leek up his legs. With a huff he tried to control the stinging in his eyes, but it was no use. "DADDY!" He cried, hoping his father wasnt that far away that he wouldn't be heard.

Slight pp tell me if you want it changed. WC:250

Rain heard the yell of a pup off in the distance. He had finally made it out of the god forsaken forest, him and his minx well and healthy. He had tried to release the kit back in the forest but she stayed with him and he often enjoyed the minxes company. Anke had grown on him and as she lay asleep in the fur bag he had made to carry her, he reached down and stroked her soft, deep brown fur. She snuggled down farther, enjoying his touch. He was close to another boarder though he didn't know what one. He heard the call again and went running.

He found a pup stuck in a rabbit hole, his leg stuck. "Hey... stop moving. Your going to break your leg. Here let me help you out," he said taking off his back pack and bags except for Anke's bag. He leaned down and grabbed the boy softly by his body and leaned him back to pull him out of the hole. "Let me check your leg ok. It looks like it is twisted a little," he said looking at the pups leg. He had twisted it but he would be ok if he stayed off it for a while. "You will be ok. Just stay off your ankle ok? he said smiling at the pup. He looked at the boy and smiled. "I'll carry you home if you need," he said standing and smiling as Anke poked her head out.
