1Apsis | Maska, Wematin, Nahele and Shadi arrive at AniWaya from the Great Tribe. They are greeted by Dawali and Ralla, and meet in the Town Hall to discuss important matters regarding the Great Tribe Chief, Achak Aatu.

2Know your place | Maska surrounds himself in his Guardians and holds a guild meeting, revealing Dawali's treachery to his tribe. He claims leadership in the red wolf's place. Dawali, Nayati, Ralla, Liliana are all demoted; the former Chief lucky not to be exiled or sentenced to death.

3I find it lacking | Maska calls on Songan to start serious production of weaponry for the tribe. When Songan refuses to submit to his initial request, Maska deems it necessary to deploy certain methods to convince him.

4Demands | Nahele pays a visit to Liliana while she's at the stables, trying to convince her into gearing and training all the available horses for war. The meeting ends well for the leadership - not so much for the hybrid.

5The light of the fire | After the announcement that Dawali is no longer Chief, Maska follows Chitsa to the Town Hall, and they speak of her brother's betrayal and the tribe's future.

6Your opression reeks of your greed and disgrace | Nayati seeks to punish Maska for injuries Liliana has sustained at the hands of Nahale, and order from Maska. The two fight, and Nayati is spared his life if he can escape AniWaya by midnight.

7Like thieves in the night | Maska holds a pack meeting, announcing that Nayati has stolen to CD in the night, taken his family with him without the right to do so, and is plotting against Maska with CD. The Crimson Dreamers represent a threat, and he urges the tribe's members to take up spear to face this threat.

8Put me to Rest | Maska finds a strange loner, Zera'im, playing with scented things aflame near the AniWayan border.

9I gaze upon my victory | Maska is led to the prisoners captured by the Guardians in the AniWayan raid on Crimson Dreams. He meets there, with Anu.

10Aint no rest for the Wicked | Thel and Rain, two Guardians, bring a criminal case to Maska's attention, and he swiftly "resolves" it.

11Like thieves in the night | Maska announces Nayati's betrayal and CD's involvement, hoping to stir support for his work.

12So will you come to burn an effigy? | Savina meets Maska and his Guardians at the AniWayan border, seeking a diplomatic agreement and the release of AniWaya's prisoners.

13Joining the party | Sky turns up at the borders under the pretense of joining AniWaya, planning to murder Maska. Being a hybrid, the female is captured instead, and placed with the other prisoners.

14Unwelcome faces | Maska calls a day-time meeting with the tribesmembers to announce a raid on Cour des Miracles on the same evening, a retaliation of CdM's attack on AniWaya.

15The ground shakes of hooves | AniWaya raids CdM.

16But this is not justice | Main raid thread in the CD and CdM raid of AniWaya in October, 2011.

17With weeping trees and just enough nightfall | Maska is captured in the CD and CdM raid of AniWaya in October, 2011. Oh noes! (raid group 1).

18Opposites entwined | Maska and Dawali (and Wematin) hang out while being prisoners. It's not fun. (read-only)

19The water which supports a boat can also sink it | Pack meeting - CdM's and CD's occupation ends as Ulilohi is announced as the new leader of AW.

20Didayolihv dvgalenisgv | Pack meeting - Maska, Dawali and previous supporters leave for the Great Tribe.

Maska Ahote: a brief summary

Maska was my first character to greatly clash with the morale at 'Souls. He was percieved as an evil guy, but in reality his set of morals were simply different. Believing fiercely in balance and justice, he strove to right the AniWaya tribe from its straying ways. His take on justice was an eye for an eye, and his methods were harsh and authoritative. In the end, Maska involved Crimson Dreams and Cour des Miracles in war while leading AniWaya, and after some time the packs banded ogether, took him prisoner and ended his reign in AniWaya.

More information

Essential bits of information (appearance, personality) can always be found on my characters's profiles.

An overview of active threads can also be found on my characters' profiles.

You can read more about Maska here (not yet up, sorry. I try not to be slow!).
