NPC Ghost Possession/Medium Character

I was wodering if a NPC ghost is capable of possesing its counterpart character. Particularily if siad ghost was related by blood, tied to an object that character possesses, and given leave to do so by said character.

Yes, as those circumstances fit the short guidelines we have for ghost possession here.

Ok, I know this might be pusig it a bit but I waswonderig if I could create a "medium" caracter who gives permission for spirits to possess him inorder to help them communicate.

That should probably be fine... however, I would be careful about creating too many NPC ghosts and/or centering a character too much being possessed. Most ghosts would not be powerful enough to possess an individual.
