Playing around with Cernunnos since I can't bring him in for a while. XD Mmm, setting is in Ireland, way in the future (a year or two, before he returns to 'Souls). Anyone's welcome to reply, since it's non-canon anyways.
Cernunnos Winters

It was the fae creatures that kept him company during the night, when he sat against the trees and watched the ghostly stag against the horizon until it faded into nothing when the sun rose again. Insomnia plagued him frequently since his coming of age, when the flickering will-o-wisps disrupted his vision and begun their dangerous seduction of the Winters man. They were unnatural, but who could he try and explain them to? The one he felt most comfort in speaking to was Elijah, but he was certain the older man was a useless confidant when it came to his problems of psyche. No, it was simply easier to remain a silent being and allow the beasts that plagued him to run their ruthless course.

A heavy sigh released from his lungs and blue eyes closed briefly before returning to the world. His hulking body rose from the ground. It was time to return home whether he desired to or not, for causing worry in his mother was the farthest from something he enjoyed doing. It was just easier to return before the sun rose than explain himself later. His gaze dropped to the ground as each step took him closer, mind focusing solely on some trivial detail and removing itself from the real world. Smart as he was, Cernunnos so rarely remembered to pay real attention.

I based the weather off of your table, I hope you don’t mind.

The day seemed extra eerily hazy from what she was used to. There seemed to be little animals floating around the corners of her eyes as she walked. Being in her luperci form, she reached out an arm and attempted to grab at them only to find that nothing was there when she turned her head. The balls of light still played with her head as she attempted to ignore them. She squeezed her eyes shut hoping that would make the hazy, brightness go away. It didn’t. It was almost like she was caught in a strange dream where there was no purpose or determination.

Usually, in most of her dreams, the point of interest was always very obvious. In this dream, it was not. If it even were a dream. The skies were cloudy, but bright, which was probably the reason of the haziness. Her pupils must’ve been really small because even when she turned away from the sky, she still had to squint. She kept walking towards nowhere when a sudden scent made itself known to her. She had no idea who this scent belonged to, as it wasn’t anything familiar. Looking up, she noticed another dark-looking figure walking in the distance in front of her, far ahead.

”Hey!” She called at them without even realizing what she was doing. She had no idea what she would say to the stranger or even if he was dangerous. It was like she was on drugs without a care in the world, but she wasn’t. She didn’t remember taking any… and she certainly didn’t remember falling asleep. Maybe she was caught in Limbo, the plain between life and…death. Maybe she was dead.

This thought made her stagger a bit, but she managed to keep moving toward the dark spot in the bright day. Maybe this wolf would be able to tell her where she was, and possibly how she arrived here. And maybe, as a bonus, they could tell her if she was really still alive.

Cernunnos Winters
she exhales vanilla lace

He didn't mind the fog as it came around him, offering him a sense of comfort he was not unfamiliar with. Airgid Gleann was his home since leaving the faintly remembered place with the dark red woman and the golden man. Gabriel had saved him from something, he knew that much, but the details were blurry. All that remained was the thick scar tissue at the side of his neck, shaped into a hollow circle with eight pointed rays coming from it — his surrogate father had the same marking, in a shade of red, and though Cernunnos didn't understand the purpose of it, he was comfortable knowing that it somehow connected him to his grandfather. One heavy hand raised to rub against the exposed image, touching the smooth lines carefully while the subtle memories of pain inflamed the region.

The voice of another drew him from his thoughts and he paused in step, turning ever so slightly to look over his shoulder at the peculiar figure in the distance -- what was it? Another Luperci? The doggish Winters man waited for it to come closer, watching as it was revealed to be a female of the queerest color pattern. One light-colored eyebrow rose while dreamer's blue eyes focused on her curiously. "Dia duit." He knew the language she spoke to him, but preferred what he considered his mother tongue in all situations where it was acceptable.

The confused female approached the paused male. As she did, he spoke something in an unfamiliar language. ”Uh, what?” She sounded dumb, but she was ignorant to this language that he spoke. She knew nothing of it, not even the slightest clue of what a duit was. She looked at him with a puzzled look on her mug.

She felt stupid, but she wasn’t capable of knowing every language in the world. She was lucky if she knew some basic words in French, growing up in New France, Canada. The two-toned female just stared at him with those interested two-toned eyes, expecting an answer in a language she was capable of understanding. Preferably the norm: English. Low-speech worked, too.
