Seriously unimaginative name XD

It was almost time, she could sense it, feel it in her bones almost, and she was so excited for it she felt like she would burst open. Her other two litters had been aborted before she had gotten half way through either of them but she was almost at full term now, a few more days and she would be a mother. But before that happened there was something she wanted to do first, all of her life white fur had been the ultimate and the end-all, to be celebrated and renowned now she simply saw it as her weakness. Something that could be used against her, she didn't want to be weak like her mother had been and still was she wanted to be strong like Lucifer, for all his twisted and vile ways, had been.

So before the children came along and she had no time to do anything, she wanted to get her hair dyed. No more did she want to be solid white, instead she wanted to add some color to herself and her world. Any color would be preferable to the blocky paleness as long as it looked good on her, a smile flitted across her face as she tried to imagine herself with green or blue hair and she laughed to herself. She came to a stop outside of Ouija's cave. She knew the man did such things like dying and tattoos and wanted to know if he would help her, she rapped her knuckles on the rock, and called out in a polite voice,

"Ouija? Are you in there? If it's not too much trouble could I talk to you for a moment?" She hadn't personally spoken to the color splattered male before but she had seen him out and about around Anathema a few times, even if they had never officially met.

Lately Ouija had been making preparations for the winter. He felt he had a good stock of dyes to last him until he could start collecting again if he managed to ration everything out. He knew the coming of these few months he would no longer be as vibrant as he normally was but at least he wouldn't be forced to be plain with only hint of dirt or blood to smudge the pristine appearance as he had to do the winter prior. No, he was determined to still have color even if it was to be muted.

He was working within his den, preparing some hides since natural resources for dyes had been limited. While some hides were being stretched out on some rough looms that had been crafted for such a purpose Ouija had settled next to the fire over which the meat of the hides was being smoked over and worked on stitching together one of the completed furs into the shape of a doll. It was a labor intensive project to try and shape since he was stitching it into shape from a single fur instead of having cut it into scraps to whip together. The knock had gone ignored because he was so focused on what was in his hands but his name being spoken by a voice he couldn't recognize caught his attention.

"I'm here. What do you need?" He called out in return, his words obviously distracted since he didn't bother to look up. But then again it wasn't like he couldn't talk and work at the same time. After all he had no idea who it was or how they even knew his name so he figured it was a discussion that wouldn't take too long. Also he couldn't easily put aside what he was working on, not with the teachings he had grown up under. His mentor had refused any breaks until all work had been completed to perfection. It was a lesson that stuck with him. He simply couldn't slack off if he had work to do just as he couldn't do anything but his absolute best either.
