General: Rory was born in County Wexford, Ireland on Samhain along with his sister Nora. His childhood was steeped with Irish heritage. He grew up bilingual, speaking both Irish and English. From a young age, he found an affinity for singing. He also had wanderlust. And so once he turned seven months, he started to wander the British Isles. But he always came home to his family.
On his the return from his last trip, he found that his sister had been raped and was expecting pups. She refused to tell him or their parents who it was. He finally learned whom it was and that the dog, an Irish Setter, was a prominent person in his county. Yet he went to confront the lad but ended up beating him to death and having him and his family punished. His parents and sister were made slaves and he was given a week to leave or die. He left but not before taking his very pregnant sister with him.
Yet he couldn’t stay in Ireland do to the dog’s island-wide connections. He heard of a group of canines living in Canada and decided to go there. He managed to convince a boat owner to take him straight to Freetown, Maine and then walked to Halifax. His niece was born soon after they landed in Freetown. They then waited about two weeks for Nora to heal enough to leave but she died of infection. He came to ‘Souls and currently has his small, two week old niece with him.
