Submissions

  1. The Mysterious Forest

The forest would have hidden human remains such as artifacts, swords, etc. The Mysterious Forest is plenty full of trees, thick that shed beautiful colored leaves every autumn that cover the earthy ground so you cannot even see a strand of grass sticking through.

This territory surrounds the river, being both behind it and on the sides. The forest will be quite large in size, venturing VERY far out of the city walls.

  2. Calming Meadow

The meadow has gorgeous flowers that bloom and explode with color, bringing an amazing and sense of relaxation to your sight. The meadow has only one large oak tree growing in the center of Calming Meadow, the oak tree grand and large. The very top of the oak tree can be seen over The Mysterious Forest's trees if you look hard enough.

Calming Meadow is about a mile or so from the river, around the pack borders. The meadow is not centered in the middle, but more on the outskirts of the forest, still though many trees surround the meadow, giving it both privacy and quiet.

  3. Summerville

Summerville is a small town that consists of roughly ten functional buildings. Most of the houses there are too broken down to enter or make use of, as they were built about a hundred years ago and the weather hasn’t been nice to them. There is a church, restaurant, gas station, police station, grocery store, medical clinic, and a small mall type place all scattered within a two mile radius, along with various houses and sheds/barns. The town is so small that most canines pass it by without realizing it’s there, therefore many of the materials are still intact, if any are there at all. The secluded area has been adopted by a small herd of wild sheep that stay there nearly all year round because of the prime grazing.

  4. Cristallo Terme or Crystal Hot Springs

These hot springs were once part of a park, an exhibit for curious humans. The water smells very faintly of sulfur and other minerals, though it bubbles year round. There are several pools, with varying temperatures. Some are very hot, only for those with thick skin to tolerate, and there are warm ones. Every pool is isolated by rocks, with some being higher than others and requiring climbing to get in and out of. The majority have short rims of dark grey and black stone. One noteworthy pool is filled with cool water and the walls are lined with crystals, embedded into the stone. When the sun sets or rises, the light makes the gems sparkle and the pool glitter with color.

located more or less in the middle of the territory

  5. Strega's Bay or Witch's bay

Along the shore of the bay, there are many abandoned houses, most broken and collapsed. Yet, the abandoned docks of an old recreational beach property remain. There are several, jutting out into the bay and are still in good use. A few have rotted away and are unstable, but half of them are still fully functional and secure. Boats can be moored here, and a few of the boathouses can be used to keep a boat locked during the winter months or during storms. The beach is also a great place to play and wander, the sand soft and golden.

located in the middle, on the coast

  6. The Crying Souls - Images: http://i.imgur.com/J82Sc.jpg . http://i.imgur.com/XHDyU.jpg

The river, Anoxi is a small river never stretching for more than a meter or so across and it is this unextraordinary river that feeds The Crying Souls. The Crying Souls are a series of three pools that are all connected together and filled by the water of the Anoxi river. The Anoxi river enters the first of these three pools after flowing down a small embankment of less than a foot's height.

Psugori Tear is the widest (5 meters) and longest (6 meters) of the three pools but it is also the shallowest at a mere 2 feet in depth. After spending a short time here the water then overflows and travels down Whispering Hope Falls, a drop of 11 feet into the second of the three pools; Ranori Tear.

Ranori Tear is smaller than Psugori Tear in both width (3 meters) and height (5 meters) yet is is deeper at 4.5 feet in depth at its deepest point. From here the water travels down a second waterfall, Thundering Hooves Falls. A drop of 22 foot plunges it into the third pool, Elklori Tear.

Elklori Tear is the smallest of the three pools, at 2.5 meters wide and 4.5 meters long yet it is the deepest of the three being 11 foot in depth at its deepest point. From here the waters of the Anoxi river spills out onto the sandy Caldori Beach where it trickles through the sand creating ropey formations in the powdered rock. The Anoxi river then meets the sea.

All three Tears are surrounded by pond weeds and a wet marshy landscape courtesy of the frequent storms that batter its shore. As a result of this some saltwater fish are inevitably swept onto land and end up in the pools but quickly die due to the conditions and their bodies usually collect in the pools for a short while until a rainfall swells the river and forces their carcasses down back into the ocean. Many species of frogs and other amphibians also dwell here as well as the occasional lizard.
