Word Count :: 000backdated to the 2nd...ALL WELCOME!! I fail at starting threads, but bear with me! It is short.

The woman smiled and sat back against a rock, the bottle of wine held between her long fingers, every so often the Luperci would take a swig. She wasn't intoxicated, but rather enjoying a bottle of the bubbly liquid. It had been days of being a member of Anathema, she had found a man so perfect that she couldn't believe her good fortune. She sighed and drank a little more, a knife was held in the opposite hand and she was working on a carving for her mate. Every so often she would look to the woods around her, in case she had company, she didn't mind..

The woman wished that Rain was here, her time spent with him was valued and right now she missed it. Soon she would take the long walk back to Anathema, but now she would enjoy it. Her tail flicked back and forth lazily, the autumn sun shone on her fur. For now, for now she would enjoy it. When the carving was finished, she set the sift wood down and sighed in a happy contented way. She should have brought Rain along, her otter remained in the howling cavern. For once she felt lonely. Well, waiting for company could be okay. Her patience was good.

Mido had been on his way back home, his day trip was brief but really exciting to just get out of Anathema for a little bit. Using a horse for

transportation was way better than walking, and so much faster. One day he will have to get his own horse instead of constantly using his pack’s communal

mare. The male brought the elegant beast to a sudden halt, out of the corner of his eye he could see a figure. Turning his head he saw a female laying

against a rock, alcohol in one hand, and a knife in the other. Mido was silently concerned about the female’s seemingly suicidal trend. Holding the reins

in his hands he hoped the two bad ideas together were just coincidental. Hey, is everything alright over there? He dismounted the horse and

approached the woman.

Upon closer inspection she seemed unusually relaxed. He now doubted that she was in any kind of personal danger, what a relief. My name is Mido, I’m

from Anathema. He said extending his hand to greet her. Giving the woman a smile he looked at her with mild uncertainty. Running into someone on his

way back was the last thing he expected.
