WC:320+ He's totally in big-kid mode, looking for something to entertain him.

The morning's air held a nasty chill to it, the cold breeze caressing and stinging his tall two legged form. Although long ago he had conceded that wearing human jeans was beneficial; the kept his lower body warm and allowed for him to hide weapons, the grey coated Rakeeb was too stubborn to ever wear a jacket or anything to shelter his upper body from the coming winters weather. Choosing his path carefully through the surroundings trees raised roots and fallen branches he made his way aimlessly forward across the pine coated ground that was the Dampwoods. Having spent the previous night sharpening blades and working with his assortment of weapons he felt compelled to leave the Howling caverns and Anathema and spend some times doing absolutely nothing productive, or in other words; Slacking off.

Since he'd been ruthlessly abandoned by his last mate there was little for him to do within the dark caves accept hope for a certain red coyote visitor or annoy miwa; and if situations got desperate, Naniko and her brats were a possible options to pester and kill time with. Only when he lost the albino and had his little bubble burst did he truly realise how alone he was within his own pack, but even knowing and realising his solitude he still had done little to change his situation.

Above him he heard the sound of branches snapping and mixed carolina blue eyes flashed upwards, pinpointing the noise making criminal; Beyaz. The albino crow was seated up in the branches of what appeared to be a pine tree, although the grey male knew little of vegetation and was damned if he could identify different types of trees. Ignoring the bird he stepped up onto a fallen tree truck, ears twitching as they strained to pick up the sound of life in an attempt to find something to do to kill his ever growing boredom.

The older timberwolf hadn't been paying attention to much of anything as of lately aside from the snow and feeding his belly. He caught the scent of a stranger though and that in fact had interested him. He had slipped through the branches and underbrush easily as he followed the scent of this new soul. His eyes caught the flash of the stranger through the trees as he sat perched upon an old fallen tree. The large lupus smiled slightly to himself and he let out a yap of greeting.

He wagged his tail and came into view of the male as he studied this male. His voice cut through the few yards as moved closer to the male that obviously belonged to some pack. "Hello stranger..." he said as he came to a stop a distance away from his newest find in this lands.

WC:331+ He's judgmental about those who stay in lupus form and oblivious to non-luperci.

A strangers voice broke the silence that had begun to surround him, twisting from the waist up he turned and looked around in an attempt to locate whomever had called out to him, if it was him who had been called out to at all. Inhaling the scents he noted the wind carried a new scent and so whomever had called was nearby, probably. Flashing his eyes up to where Beyaz was sat the bird merely looked bleakly back at him, not making a sound and not bothering to alert hiw owner of a stranger approaching. Useless pest, he cursed the bird a few times under his breath, resisting growling at the nuisance so not to mislead the nearby stranger. Before he sighted the other he head the sound of movement and jumped from the log, turning to face the approaching male. Muscles held tight and his tail falling still behind him as he frowned at the four legged male.

After moving into Anathema he had practically lived in his optime form and couldn't see the benefit of remaining bound to four legs. A memory flashed quickly within his mind, escaping him before he could understand what it meant and so he simply stared at the stranger for a few seconds before responding. “Eeer, Hey?” his voice was hesitant, unsure what else to say to the male. Since the other had shown no signs of aggression the rakeeb choose to at least respond more with some small talk. 'great weather we're having' didn't seem like it would work with the day being cold and miserably so far and he wasn't inclined to introduce himself first and so he settled on a question. “What brings you to these parts?” he inquired.

With his response said he breathed in slightly, taking in the others scent once more and finally realising what he had initially missed. The male wasn't opting to stay on four legs; that was his only form. What a weird one.
