Finally!

Rendall had ran away, away from the pain that was brought to her by her mate. She fled Ichicka in hopes to keep all the demons there. She wasn't sure if she would return or not. However she knew she could not go back and face Noah, not yet. She had heard rumors of what happened to him, and did not want to see if they were true. So, tired of it all, she left. Wishing her life was gone, or at least that Phoenix Vally still existed, she could use DaVinci's or Jefferson's guidance.

She looked out over the water. Wrapping her big winter cloak around her to protect herself from chills that had nothing to do with the cool ocean air. She felt as though she had nothing left. Shiloh had found her on her worst night and had comforted her through it. However, even the sweet woman's presence did nothing to heal the hole in her heart. Maybe another, more permanent visit to Vulcan would fix that. However, she had promised the very man who broke her heart that she would not leave him. Not again.

A faint smell on the wind brought fourth a sudden memory. It hit her hard, like a flashback that consumed her mind. She didn't fight it though, simply because she never knew she still had memories like this, and the memory was warm....In her mind, behind her lids she saw her mother, strong and beautiful and healthy. Rendall smiled, so happy to see her mother again. The woman smiled down at her and said something that was muted by Rendall's mind, but it sounded happy. Suddenly her father came into the picture, smiling at her as well and laughing a little. The next three faces she wasn't sure who it was, till her brother's tiny face looked curiously at her.The other two faces she decided were her sisters.

The smell grew stronger and Rendall found her focus being drawn to a creamy-gray child. "Oh...the scent is yours." she whispered to herself. She smiled again at the happy memory as it faded and, opening her eyes, she was able to focus on her world again. Rendall shook her head and looked sadly around, not sure what to think about it. That is until she saw the woman on the beach near her. The she-wolf's world spinned and confusion consumed her mind and senses "M....Mother?" Unable to keep her footing steady anymore she crashed to the ground, fainting.

Exploring souls was becoming more and more fun each day. She had learned each curve of the land around her new home. However, Yiska was ready for her little hut and warm bed back in her packlands. She had grown acostomed in her healing to the warm furs and spacious area that a room provided. Plus, life with the knights and their patronizing leader wasn't so bad. Though she was still uncomfortable with the idea of being in a pack, she was getting use to not biting everyone's head off.

Yiska found that although days with the pack weren't bad, she still needed her time and space. Especially when it came to Jazper. The male, she found, was fun to push. To see how far she can get away with things by disobeying his orders. Granted she never hurt anyone or directly went against pack laws, but she found it fun to make her own way around things. Jazper was a nice man though, and deserved a break now and then, which was why she went away every other week to hunt. This one had prooved to be successful, with a large buck and a half dozen of rabbits.

However the woman had realized that she had never seen the ocean. So today, even though she was weary from her travels, was a side trip to the ocean, then back to Casa de Cavalieri. With the buck over her shoulder, and the rabbits tied to her belt, Yiska let the cold sand up between her toes and enjoying the feel of the ocean. The ocean was not all she got to see though.

There, alone on the cool breezy beach, was a girl, no a woman, but a young one at that. She looked so sad and torn, all wrapped up in her big fluffy cloak. Yiska observed her and decided to see if everything was alright. The woman caught her scent as Yiska approached, but she closed her eyes and smiled. Was she cracked out on something? The perethpaw female froze and observed the young woman further. However, when the she-wolf turned to her she realized very much that she was looking at the face of her father. Her eyes grew wide, this is why she came to souls. Smiling bright she opened her maw to say something and then heard what the woman said... then fainted. "..... ......Oh Boy." This was going to be interesting
