They had spent the nigh in the Dampwoods and Trigger managed to convince Leon to head further east before returning to their temporary den in Ethereal Eclipse. Where all their stuff was... but it was hidden very well; the den was surrounded by a thick patch of trees and bushes and was smack in the middle of it, so everything was hidden from clear view. His fucking shit better be there when he got back, especially the violin. He would kill if anyone took that. But right now the two boys were distracted by exploring the new area before they drew near the scented boundaries of Anathema. Trigger was half way over the border before Leon grabbed his tail and drew him back, shaking his head at the confused youngster. "S'a pack. We can't trespass." Trigger made an understanding "o" with his head as he nodded and backed away.

Leon's attention was drawn to sounds several feet away. "Stay here for a sec," he said gesturing for his younger brother to stay put or just explore around the clearing as he turned and curiously headed toward the sound. He peered around the thick trunk of a tree and saw a rabbit. His pink tongue swiped across his upper lip and his eyes went wide and predatory. He silently slid his smaller dagger from his belt, took the blade in his hand, aimed and chucked it with everything he had at it, catching the hare in the side; it let out a sharp scream as it floundered there in shock. Leon was upon it in a second and ended its life before it could suffer more from the dagger, and just as soon as he broke its neck, Trigger was there yipping and whining, instinctually lapping at the older male's neck, face and jaw begging for the meal.

"Aight, aight! I got this fer'yanyways," he said grinning at Trigger and handing him the bleeding hare. The tawny boy immediately dug in after a whine of thanks. Leon stood and looked around, licking his lips hungrily himself. He sure wished there had been another; that rabbit itself was just a snack for Trigger, the two couldn't split it. Trig never even tried to anymore since Leon always insisted he eat the whole of everything he was given. He was growing, Leon was not. He could handle a few more days of no food. He did lick the blood from his blade before putting it back on his belt.

Yeah sorry about the wait on this. I've been horribly sick and not wanting to do anything lately. → Table © kiki

Panda had been going out for a walk, something that she felt as if she hadn't done since her child was born, and it was actually nice to be out in nature again rather than just sitting around the cave. The shaman needed a break from the crying child whom was getting older by the day, already she had opened her tiny little eyes, and though they were still milky blue, there was limited vision coming from the child, since Panda could move in front of her and the puppy's head would follow as if she could see her mother moving around. Lillith was also crawling longer distances and trying to walk, even though she hardly had any success at it. It was pretty cute trying to watch her though, and every day that went past, the more the mother began to love her daughter. It was weird because Panda normally did not like children. She guessed it was different because this was her child and no one else's besides Venom. She yawned, because she was tired, but she wanted to spend this 'downtime' out in the woods, and in nature, where she could pull the energy of the Earth, and possibly the sun's energy as well.

It was cold, much colder than Florida ever got, more like Chicago weather, but not as windy. She still had a chill come up her spine as she walked in the cold morning air, she knew that Lillith's fur was still too short for her to bring the little girl along, but soon, Lillith would be able to be shown to the world, or better yet, the world shown to the little child. Panda was excited for the days in which Lillith could be shown the ways of the Wiccan, and to where Lillith could be taught languages, low speech and high, as well as tell stories to the little child of her and her father's adventures. It was all so exciting to her now, and it was weird for her to be so excited to teach a little one of things to do. Again, she justified this as being because this was her child.

While she was out, she was looking for some frozen herbs that she could take back and dethaw or something, but she wasn't having much luck so she dared to move slightly out of the packlands, just to the edges of the border and maybe a little beyond that, but not too far really, and she hadn't expected to see anyone around, so she had taken out her rose quartz sphere and she had gazed into it, but then it seemed to just jump out of her hand, and roll downhill. SHIT! the woman spoke as she began to chase it, and it led her right into the presence of two younger children. Older than her Lillith by far, but definitely under a year. She bent down and picked up the smooth sphere and she looked at the gray child and then the tawny one. Ya'll are pretty young to be out here alone, dontcha'think? asked the woman cocking her head lightly at the two.
