Once family always family

Aleo might not come in till later. Essence is sick. forward dated to the 15th. No post order

She had come back to Aniwaya. Her first home. She was slightly swollen with pups and she had had a hard time getting on Katelyn because of it. The horse had kneeled for her and Shiloh had ridden her most of the way there, Sarian curled on the mares wide back. Shiloh leaned a licked her daughter on the top of her head as she woke up. Sarian pawed at her muzzle and Shiloh nuzzled her before sitting up and touching Aleo's shoulder. Kiara was close by and after licking Aleo softly she looked down at her friend. It was the first time Kiara had been to Aniwaya. She knew of her old home and why she stayed in Ichika. "Its been so long since I have last been here. Oh how I miss Ralla and my family here." she said softly before howling for Ralla.

Shiloh still kept some of her ways from Aniwaya. The feathers she still wore braided in her short fur. The carvings she still made. Sarian wore her fathers necklace and Shiloh had made one for Kiara during the trip. She had made one for Ralla a long time ago and planned on giving it to her friend today. She waited at the boarders for her friend, a friend she missed dearly

This was Kiara's first time this far south and the young female was more than happy to go. Shorty after she had been accepted into Ichika, Kiara had traveled south for a week. However, she always avoided the pack lands and never traveled farther south than the Ethereal Eclipse. Shiloh's expedition to AniWaya provided the arctic wolf with a chance to meet one of the southern packs and there was no way she wasn't tagging along. Truth be told, Shiloh's intention to see her family made Kiara a little jealous. Kiara had mentioned to Shiloh once that she was mildly homesick. Even so, the alabaster woman couldn't help but feel happy for her friend and allowed her jealousy to subside before the trip even started.

Horses still baffled the snow wolf. They were tall like elk, but skinny like deer. Although Shiloh had told Kiara that horses were off limits, the she-wolf couldn't help but wonder what one tasted like. As a wolf who couldn't shift, Kiara didn't have much experience with horses, or their riders. To her, the site of a luperci riding one was down right hilarious. Kiara had watched with obvious glee when Shiloh and Sarian had first mounted the animal. Even now, their bodies swayed a little to the horses movements and Kiara would occasionally have to stifle a laugh. It was a good thing that Aleo was not riding a horse, otherwise the arctic wolf would never be able to contain herself.

The whole trip down, Kiara had stayed close to Shiloh, Sarian, and Aleo. When the group had left familiar territory, the arctic wolf couldn't help but lope off a few paces in every direction. Her tail wagged high in the air as Kiara inspected nearby bushes and trees with a curious eye. After a few seconds, Kiara would return with the pendent swinging from her neck. This process was repeated until they had reached the boarders of AniWaya. When the boarders came into view, the alabaster woman returned to her place by the horses side, her snowy tail still waving high in the air. Kiara would lower her tail when they were approached by Shiloh's family. Until then, its boisterous movements would betray her excitement.

Sorry I'm late...I can't puke and post at the same time!

A sense of excitement and pride had Aleo within its gentle clutches. Shiloh seemed very excited to visit her previous home and her family. He also knew that Kiara would come along with them. That fact made the obsidian man happy, Kiara was trustworthy and surely a friendly canine. It was a great idea for Shiloh to name her as the honorary godmother of his unborn children. That morning, Aleo had contracted that viral excitement from both females. Soon enough Shiloh and himself would be blessed by someone she knew. Insisting that Shiloh shouldn't walk all the way to the southern pack, she took Katelynn, Aleo and Kiara followed dutifully beside the gentle mare. The walk was certainly tiring and Aleo found it better on four legs. Shifting easily to his Lupus form, Aleo's height shrunk and he stood on all fours. Raising his muzzle upward, he looked at his pregnant mate. "You alright Shi?" Turning his violet eyes to his alabaster friend, Aleo smiled "How about you? It's a long way." He hadn't heard much about Aniwaya, but Shiloh seemed to miss the place greatly and some memories she knew of there were not so nice. He hated to see his soulmate sad, but it was nice to see her eyes alight with excitement. He did wonder who hurt her, in a way the darker side of himself wanted to seek vengeance but being a member of a peaceful pack, that wasn't looked upon respectfully. Aleo was proud that he was a father, Sarian was so beautiful in Shiloh's arms. Her silver downy fur was so soft to touch and the girl had an unbreakable spirit and was tons of fun. The pups within Shiloh would also be perfect. The Kenpo couldn't wait until they were birthed.

They seemed to come to a halt and the male looked around confused. The lands were superbly beautiful, this must be Aniwaya. Looking to his grey mate for guidance, the large wolf's maw spread in a gentle smile. "We here m'love?" He shifted back to Optime, it would be easier now on in his bipedal form. It was sad to wreck such a nice pair of jeans back in Ichika, he found himself rather nude in the eyes of the two females although he didn't show his discomfort. This must be it! He was ready.

This is late >_> ....Do not kill? XD (Nootau: Not visible) {hover over the AniWayan words for translations}

Ralla was out for a ride that day, having sorely neglected Sugar in the past few days. The quarter-horse was mild as always, but she knew he had been itching to get out to ride. "Ulanigida dininvsgeni, unalii; nasgi uha wuwedol nigvnada." Or, at least, near everywhere. The pair were well-traveled, ever since that first night Liliana had lent him to Ralla. The two were inseperable after that, and had an understanding of mutual benefit rather than a master-horse relationship. It was nice. As they crested a hill in the forest, Ralla excused herself from Sugar's back to climb up a tree. It being curiously clear that day for winter, the white woman was similarly curious as to what the landscape looked like blanketed in snow.

The land did not disappoint. In the bare limbs of a maple tree she saw the rolling hills that left the open plains elevated a little, although even from there Ralla could see the village buildings and tents pitched, they being dark against the pure white. Off in the far distance was the faint outline of the cliffs that were Beast's Grin Peninsula's, and to the southeast she heard the rushing of the river--formidable, powerful. But in her mind's eye, all she could see was the land covered in green, the blossoms falling like rain, and the trees pregnant with promised fruit. All she could see was the wheat and corn fields rippling in the breeze likes waves and the open plains filled with fireflies that would light up the night like lanterns. How she missed spring, when life was abundant. The wind rustled her fur, and as she turned to face winter's breath she spotted something. Given her vantage point, she did not have to squint hard to see the figures approaching the border, but was surprised when a howl was sounded--for her. There appeared to be many there, and Ralla was not a fighting wolf by nature. Yet...the howl sounded familiar. Still, although she was too far away to see the figures clearly and her memory was too stuffed with stories and history and songs to remember things in a snap moment, the scent that rode the wind towards her jogged her memory in a heartbeat.

Leaping down the trees with expert skill, as if she were some exotic monkey, Ralla jumped right back aboard Sugar's back and urged him to the border. The forest that laid in front of the AniWayan village was riddled with fallen logs, trenches, and rocks--it was quite the forest of beauty and mystic...and danger--but Ralla rode on swiftly, goaded by the promise of the scent she had caught. When she arrived, she was greeted by quite the travelling company--but she only had eyes, for the moment, for the one leading them.

Ralla couldn't remember the last time she had seen Shiloh, the scarred and timid wolfess she first met. Well, not exactly timid--at least not for long. She had, however, been a depressed thing before Saxif, and...well, Saxif had disappeared as suddenly as Shiloh had, too. Granted Saxif had been seen at the final war between AniWaya, Cour des Miracles, and Crimson Dreams, but it seemed as if everyone was wont to disappear and reappear at will those days. Her son had certainly taken to the trend, giving her quite the heart-attack. But here Shiloh was, alive and well--thank the moon and spirits--and... Well, well, well, Ralla mused in her mind, getting a load of the round orb that rested in Shiloh's stomach. "Unalihelitseti!" she cried, sidling up to Shiloh's horse without further preempt. She reached across to give her friend a hug from the horse's back, knowing how painful it was to mount and dismount horses, as well as time-consuming, when pregnant. Ralla was fine reaching over as she was, giving Shiloh the easier time. "Where have you been!? I had thought you dead!" The worry and weight of Shiloh's disappearance, while not as heart-rendering as the goings-on within her blood-family, were still important and dear to her. It was almost like Leon coming back again--their reunion had been bittersweet, and yet she was thankful that he was still alive. Knowledge, while most of the time painful, also brought comfort and relief in some times.

Introductions and explanations aside, after Ralla heard out Shiloh she turned her attention to the others about them. "Itse tsunalii?" she asked, jovial and smiling. This was cause for celebration!

Moon walks. "Moon talks." Moon thinks.
