Sealskin can be used to make waterproof clothing and other items; seal meat is also consumable and would be an interesting diversion from the usual; Figuring that this can be set the day after the ritual thread takes place as it is being placed in near about the same area

Bastion had ended up coming back to the area in hopes that something of the sacrifice had been left behind. He was hoping to find some hidden pool of blood or some other such something for him to be able to consume. Of course he wasn't lucky enough to find such a thing. It would have been nice though. Bastion hadn't really expected to find anything but it hadn't prevented him to come back and look for something though. After all he wouldn't know unless he actually checked.
And while he didn't find what it was that he had come back searching for he did end up finding something else that was rather interesting. At first he didn't know what it was. Even when he found it he still didn't know what it was. No, he had simply heard some odd sort of crying sound and had ended up tracking it down. What he found was some sort of odd, furry fish. At least he assumed it was a fish because of the way that the tail was. It was big for a fish though. And quite hairy too. Even though he didn't know exactly what it was he knew that he wanted that tail to bring back to Sirius. He figured that the leader would enjoy the odd fish tail simply because it intrigued Bastion just to find it.
The small male ended up kneeling onto the beach next to the seal calk and simply just staring at it. It was such a strange sight that he was puzzled as to just what to do with it. He wanted to know what it was because he had never seen something like it before but had no idea who to consult about it. It even made him wish that he had a second one just so that he could have one to look at and one to play with.
