The small woman from Inferni had a lot on her mind. Things were beginning to change within the clan and she wasn't sure just how much of it was her changing and how much bend she could take. She didn't mind that DaVinci and Ryan had send their youngest child to live along side her in the clan and learn of his duel heritage. She wasn't sure if she was the best to teach him but she knew she would do her best. Her heart was heavy though on many subjects within the clan that might cause trouble for theyoung pup and she wasn't certain if she could be everywhere to keep things from getting out of hand.
She didn't want to, but after the past few days of toting the youth up to her tree den and bringing him down when it was time to explore and teach, the poor tiny woman was starting to feel beat. She knew that she might just have to take Helotes up on his offer of bedding down in the mansion, though she doubted that he would want the added company of her large fluffy nephew. She flicked her ears back at the thought, she knew that Helotes wouldn't turn and kin of hers away if she asked him, except maybe Firefly, but were they ready to take another step in their teeter todder romance.
Her frown deepened as she sighed. Was it really a romance she wondered, would he really want her still when the next pretty thing walked by that was so much more than her. She had never believed that anyone could want her for who she truly was, that anyone would want to try and take the time to actually be with it.. but here was someone who was willing to try and her own fears kept pushing him away. She knew it wasn't fair, but her fears were real and if his love was to.. sooner or later he would want things to begin to turn towards the more serious side of romance, to mateship and bringing their own brood into the world. He seemed to believe that she could do it, that she would be a wonderful mother.. but did she believe herself?
