Ayita was a mother of eight wonderful children. Today was a very special day Liam and Noah were one today and she only wished that Noah was here for her to congratulate. Her boys would all be starting their own lives and not staying with her anymore. She wondered what would happen to Liam what would he do now? His litter mate had left months ago and now he was old enough to be away from Ayita. Although he could have left her home at any time.
Ayita smiled as she bundled herself up a bit. She looked at the door way and smiled. Her life had changed so much since she had come here. She had gotten herself in too deep to fast when she came here. Though she had made a mistake and slept with Leroy and even tried to stay with him to raise Amaranth and Kable.
Amaranth now had a family of her own a mate and a child. She smiled she couldn’t wait to see her daughter and Niro again. She Smiled those two, she remembered when Niro and his sister Orin first came here. They were young and were ready to be home. Amaranth had been a handful though she had also suffered with some her problems but all and she was a good kid. Ayita smiled as she stepped on brown paw into the snow.
Amaranth was a grown woman and was no longer Ayita’s problem. But then she had Liam, Noah and Ame. They were all going to be one today. Ame never got a chance to see the world and Noah had left leaving Liam to celebrate alone. The wind was cool and brisk and new snow had fallen days ago and she found herself making a walk to mish her second born girl a happy day.
She would see Liam sooner or later she hoped she knew that he had been spending much of his time with a lovely young lady. Robin was a sweet girl and Ayita hoped that the two didn’t get into things they didn’t wish to continue. She hoped both would be happy with one another or with other people.
She smiled as she tightened her scarf. The cold gave her the chills as she walked along. This year had been so eventful. Aniwaya had attacked though Ayita held no grudge she hoped that the pack could be at peace once more and that her children could grow not hating them. Skoll, Hati and Charlotte. They were all perfect in their own right and it would still be many months before the three aged to a year old. She could wait she enjoyed them being little kids.
Her pace slowed as she could see the barren tree that one held brilliant green leaves. She and Vigilante had laid their first daughter together under that tree. Recently Amaranth had buried her uncle Zafier. Ayita was saddened by this thought as she slowly approached the place where she and Vigilante had once called home. She moved closer black hair whipping in the wind as she glanced at Zafiers grave then Ame’s.
Happy Birthday Ame. Mommy misses you and wishes that she could have watched you grow. I hope your uncle and all your family is there where you are protecting you and you are enjoying yourself. She said as she knelt down in the snow and pulled a teddy bear out of her bag. She had found the thing ripped and tattered and she repaired it. She placed the bear on the grave and smiled.
